My Samsung A31 screen was damaged. They replaced the “unit”.
A week later the screen started having yellow lines. I was told upon collection that we have a 6-month warranty.
So, here’s where they could not compute logic.
The Touch Screen and LCD is a single “UNIT” piece or component it does not come in two parts. Their technician installed this UNIT, it was NOT me.
BUT…. THEIR WARRANTY ONLY COVERS THE TOUCH SCREEN.
So, the conclusion here is … for a unit their technician installed, and they had sourced the unit from their suppliers. They only cover PART of a full UNIT.
If I had to repair again, they would just do the same.
I had spoken to their technician to make him understand that how can the warranty only cover part of a full unit that you installed … but I gave up on logic.
I WOULD NOT & DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR REPAIRS.
Not going to open the CUSTOMER SERVICE portion of this service provider as I think that’s futile.
