Cellphones Direct are scammers

I would like to give it -1 stars. Is it the company http://196.2.149.152/index.aspx ?

I was called to "change my existing Vodacom data contract" to cost less each month. After 10 minutes of discussion I was convinced that my existing contract would be upgraded/changed, as the recording would confirm. Today I received the new SIM (which should now be 5G compatible, see) but it had a new number and I have a new item on my Vodacom contract list, which I specifically noted numerous times not to happen, and agreed by the sales lady. Well, now I have to data contracts and already know that nothing can be done about it, so just know, Cellphones Direct are scammers! The company name I could only find as the "Dealer Name" on the Vodacom quote and no contact details!
