At first I would have given less stars, but that was as a result of my own doing, not theirs. I requested information about the trade-in of an old machine for a new machine and later couriered my old machine to Dawn Pearce for trade-in. Communications via email went well and the machine was delivered to SodaStream, but using my own courier and not PostNet, as suggested. This caused the issue as the courier account is not in my name and therefore Dawn could not connect the waybill on the delivery to our communications. After an email I sent regarding some negative feedback here on HelloPeter, Dawn responded by requesting my mobile number and called me about the trade-in. What a wonderfully friendly person Dawn is! After a seconds call where we determined that the originator details caused the problem and that a cover letter inside the machine should clear things up the trade-in machine was sent promptly and I have a new machine! My huge thanks for splendid and friendly service, Dawn!
I would like to give it -1 stars. Is it the company http://196.2.149.152/index.aspx ? I was called to "change my existing Vodacom data contract" to cost less each month. After 10 minutes of discussion I was convinced that my existing contract would be upgraded/changed, as the recording would confirm. Today I received the new SIM (which should now be 5G compatible, see) but it had a new number and I have a new item on my Vodacom contract list, which I specifically noted numerous times not to happen, and agreed by the sales lady. Well, now I have to data contracts and already know that nothing can be done about it, so just know, Cellphones Direct are scammers! The company name I could only find as the "Dealer Name" on the Vodacom quote and no contact details!
I've had three orders with Snatcher. The first two went through without a hitch, the third (and most recent) had a problem with payment, but it ended well. I selected PayFast but the payment option did not present the payment page and the order was accepted without payment. I wanted to use credit card as it contained the funds, but had to pay EFT after receiving an email after an hour of placing the order, which indicated I had to pay within 20 minutes of receiving the email else the order would be cancelled. Well, I paid, and long story as short as possible, I received the goods in good order. As the shipping lead time was indicated as 10 -15 days and shipping occurred after 5 days, and I received the goods 18 days in total after ordering, I'm quite happy with the service allover.
