No Maintenance - But they want your rent paid

Please be mindful when renting with them.

They do not carry out maintenance like they should. We had issues when moving in, they said they would attend to it, but only a portion was done after almost 2 month in the house and reminders. Then after leaking roofs, walls with water damage and outside garage door stuck and we could not get in for 3 months. They did not even try and sort out the issues. Also check the municipal billing as they run about 2 months behind on the billing. So you pay for 2 months use after moving out. Yes, you used the water, but the billing system of that is not normal.

All in all, the worst agents I have rented from.
