I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Bosch Car Service Cencar. After more than two weeks in the workshop, the original issue remains unresolved, and the noise has actually become more noticeable. This has left me questioning the competence of the technical team. Do they simply replace parts without verifying if the problem is fixed?
While communication was decent most of the time, I often had to initiate follow-ups to get updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cencar to anyone and will definitely not trust them with my car again.
