I cannot express my disappointment enough. On the 29th of September I took my car for a minor fault in the car. I was advised the car would only be assessed on the 1st of October I was okay with that arrangement and I received the quote on Wednesday and I was advised the vehicle would be ready on Thursday the 2nd. I called on Thursday during the day to get the progress report and I was advised their technician was busy with a lot of work and couldn’t get to my vehicle I was understanding and I gave them time till the 7th of October. I didn’t receive any response till I called on the 8th and I was advised I’d be called before end of business, I didn’t get that update. We called again Thursday morning and I was advised they didn’t have a technician and they would still assess the vehicle. Now my question is how did they come out with the quote if they didn’t know what was initially wrong with the car. They had assumed wiring which I pointed out when I had dropped the vehicle off. By the end of day on Thursday I still didn’t have my car I texted in the morning of Friday the 10th as I had expressed that I needed my vehicle on Thursday or Friday morning for the latest. I received a call at 10:49 when I was on my way to the Free State. I advised that I wouldn’t be able to make it back on time at 2pm. I requested that I pick the car up the next day I was told it’s not possible meaning I would further be inconvenienced for another weekend. Requested that the car is either delivered at my residence or with a friend and I was told there wouldn’t be a driver available. This is when I lost my cool completely how can I be inconvenienced for an entire week and then be left stranded once again, by some miracle the driver was available anyway we ended up having to cut meetings short and my car was picked up by a relative since I was still on the road. I feel I was mistreated and taken advantage of. It may not be the case but it literally took a man to phone and thats when I started getting service and feedback. I picked Bosch because I have used Bosch before in Tygervalley and the service has always been amazing even when they couldn’t do the work on time they always kept me in the loop I never had to follow up. I really don’t recommend this branch. For it to be my first experience in Gauteng has left a really sour taste

I don’t even know where to begin. You book a car for a normal service and at the end of the day, the car is not ready for collection and no updates. Next day they give you a story and when you eventually pick up the car it has low oil level. This is one of many. Pathetic!

Decision I honestly regret taking my car to them... It took them 3 weeks plus to fix my car... minimal updates sometimes I had to phone them for any updates. If you don't want to be stressed by this workshop please stay away I won't recommend them for anyone.👎

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Bosch Car Service Cencar. After more than two weeks in the workshop, the original issue remains unresolved, and the noise has actually become more noticeable. This has left me questioning the competence of the technical team. Do they simply replace parts without verifying if the problem is fixed? While communication was decent most of the time, I often had to initiate follow-ups to get updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cencar to anyone and will definitely not trust them with my car again.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Bosch Car Service Cencar. After more than two weeks in the workshop, the original issue remains unresolved, and the noise has actually become more noticeable. This has left me questioning the competence of the technical team. Do they simply replace parts without verifying if the problem is fixed? While communication was decent most of the time, I often had to initiate follow-ups to get updates. My car was booked last year, 15 December 2023. I had to wait 3 - 4 months before they even started analyze what the problem could be on my car. After these months and waiting, being extremely patient, I finally got my car back on the 4th of April 2024, with several calls and emails from my side, to follow up on updates, due to their poor communication. One of their seniors drove my car for about 200km, whereafter she found no faults. I drove it for a few days and found that there was something wrong with the idling of the car and at times it had no power. When I took it back, they told me that the problem was the catalyst converter, which caused the car to idle incorrect and no power, according to Bosch. So I removed the catalyst as they advised met to do, whereafter the same problems occurred, but this time the car overheated severely and the it had even less power. I took the car back on the 22nd of April, where they found that the head was cracked, according to the receptionist. After a week's time, I still haven't received my car back, nor any solutions to the problems. They are extremely slow to complete their work, and if they complete it, it is not even done properly and correct. This has cost me several thousand rands, due to me not having a car to drive with during the period they had my car.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The customer service is absolutely **********. My husband bought me an SUV for my 30 Birthday in February of 2022. The car was not brand new and had some issues which we were told by the dealership to take it to Bosch to have a look at. Needless to say that the car stood there for 3 days when Alicia eventually told me that they do not have the correct computer to be plugged into the car to check the fault. Fine. I went to pick up my car and upon arrival saw that the driver side door handle was broken. Alicia had the audacity to tell me that it is due to wear and tear and that they can't fix it. After I threatened her with the Ombudsman and told her I want to know which car she or her boss drive so that I can do the same to their handle they agreed to fix it but only wanted to glue the handle. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I refused and insisted that I wanted a new handle. Needless to say we are now in December of 2023 and still my drivers door handle has not been fixed. I sorted this at my own cost. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received. The communication is basically non existent - I had to follow up with her every single time. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and I will make sure that no one I know goes there.

If I could give a zero star I would, I took 4 injectors to be overhaul by this shop, after more than a week and a huge bill they said the injectors are ready, went to collect and put them in the car , when I wanted to do the coding I needed the injector codes that were removed by Bosch I phoned them and Rickard simply said he can't help with the codes, this cost me more money sending them to another company to recode them for me , upon further inspection by the new company 2 of the "fixed" injectors where still overfueling, took them back to Bosch and now they refused to help because we took them to someone else after Rickard told us he can't help! Worst service ever, will be warning all my clients about this place!

Very poor service!! Vehicle booked in a week in advance and no effort to complete job in time. Owner unwilling to speak to customer as he is in a "meeting" Will NOT recommend
