I wish I could give them zero stars. The customer service is absolutely **********. My husband bought me an SUV for my 30 Birthday in February of 2022. The car was not brand new and had some issues which we were told by the dealership to take it to Bosch to have a look at. Needless to say that the car stood there for 3 days when Alicia eventually told me that they do not have the correct computer to be plugged into the car to check the fault. Fine. I went to pick up my car and upon arrival saw that the driver side door handle was broken. Alicia had the audacity to tell me that it is due to wear and tear and that they can't fix it. After I threatened her with the Ombudsman and told her I want to know which car she or her boss drive so that I can do the same to their handle they agreed to fix it but only wanted to glue the handle. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I refused and insisted that I wanted a new handle.
Needless to say we are now in December of 2023 and still my drivers door handle has not been fixed. I sorted this at my own cost.
Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received. The communication is basically non existent - I had to follow up with her every single time.
I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and I will make sure that no one I know goes there.
