Arrogant Employee

This is the worst place ever to buy a game console and games.

I bought a xbox360 on 6 January 2020 the console worked for an hour then it didnt want to pick up the cds and it kept on freezing. Took it back on the 8th of January 2020 and the guy named Arno laughed in my face when i told him the console is faulty and wants a refund. His response was arrogant and totally unprofessional. Treated the situation like a joke as well as the games is faulty. I dont recommend buying anythi g feom the shop!!!!
