NCR Spam call impersonator
Good day,
I have just received a cold call from someone claiming to be working for or on behalf of the NCR.
The individual who only introduced himself as Jarryd after I prompted him for the details, stated that I was being overcharged by my credit lenders. He then tried to get me to confirm my identity, even though he had called me directly on my personal number, at which point I ended the call.
The number that was used is as follows: 0210167490 and appears to be linked to an organization called Centracom.which appears to be an ICT provider.
I have registered this complaint with the NCR as well.

Centracom is a licensed telecommunications carrier that provides services to wholesale partners who, in turn, allocate numbers to their own clients. We do not make unsolicited calls to members of the public, nor do we have direct visibility of the end users who utilise numbers issued through our network.
In addition to your complaint lodged with the NCR, we will investigate this matter internally. We will identify the reseller associated with the number in question and formally instruct them to cease all contact with you on the mobile number reflected in your profile.
We take matters of this nature seriously and appreciate you notifying us.

However, having you merely asking them to stop contacting me is way below the reaction and action I would expect from your end.
The end user is *****ulently representing the NCR using a service provider connected to you.
It is 100% YOUR responsibility to follow up with "Centracom ", your CLIENT, and force them to investigate this and where necessary take legal action when a crime is being committed.
Your reaction and feedback is hugely disappointing and worrisome.
I'll be lodging this with the Ombudsman as well as I'm now under the impression that you are possibly complicit in aiding this type of *****ulent behavior.
