Good day, I have just received a cold call from someone claiming to be working for or on behalf of the NCR. The individual who only introduced himself as Jarryd after I prompted him for the details, stated that I was being overcharged by my credit lenders. He then tried to get me to confirm my identity, even though he had called me directly on my personal number, at which point I ended the call. The number that was used is as follows: 0210167490 and appears to be linked to an organization called Centracom.which appears to be an ICT provider. I have registered this complaint with the NCR as well.
As usual, whenever there's an issue with being able to provide a service they're very willing to charge for, no response, updates or replies. Beyond a joke tbh, a systematic break down of the customer / service provider relationship. And when it is resolved, there won't be any apologies beyond wasted lip service. How about you rather repay the a percent of my subscription back to me? Possibly a percentage directly related to the amount of time you're unable to provide the service you charge me for? But that's too honest and accountable right? Go **** yourself Afrihost, the way you're ****ing your customers...
