Pathetic Student Support and Error Management

They are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional!!! I made an application through them via their website. A few months later I was sent an email to update a few details, with instructions on how to do so. Upon following the exact instructions, the website continuously prevents me from saving me the changes I made, giving me an error message, thereby preventing from updating my application. I filed several error reports on the website with little to no support or help on the matter. I have emailed them, but it automatically provides me with direction back to their website which is of no help whatsoever. I have tried calling their call centre number but whenever I press 0 to talk to an agent the message continues to replay, thereby preventing me from even getting help from a real person. Honestly, they are pathetic in providing students with help on matters like this, and in extreme cases I'd say they even provide students with discouragement, stress, anxiety and unnecessary worry through their lack of proper support and consistency.
