If there’s one word to describe Central Johannesburg College, it’s UNREACHABLE. Their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for accountability is truly appalling.
We have been trying to verify qualifications issued by CJC for weeks, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare: 📞 61 phone calls – Not a single one answered. 📧 31 emails sent – Not a single reply.
This is not just poor service; it’s outright negligence. People’s lives and careers are on hold because CJC refuses to perform a basic administrative task. Businesses are being disrupted, and candidates who earned their qualifications in good faith are left in limbo, unable to start work.
How does an institution justify this kind of unprofessional behavior? No one answers the phones at any of their seven branches, nor at their head office. No one replies to emails. It’s as though the entire college has vanished into thin air.
If you’re considering dealing with Central Johannesburg College for any reason—whether you’re a student, parent, or employer—BE WARNED. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help, because clearly, CJC doesn’t care.
This institution owes us and every affected candidate an apology and immediate action. Until they fix their disastrous communication issues, they do not deserve to call themselves an educational institution.
