I am so disappointed with regards to cjc college, applications are not reviewed accordingly, my daughter app**** at this college in 2024 while still in matric. We have been waiting for a reply or am email regarding the outcome of her application. It is now end of June and no answer or a reply we still waiting. We went to enquire at the parktown institution, at our arrival we were stoped by a security from the gate telling us to go back home and wait for the institution to reply. On our way out the security told us to come back with a fee and he\she will let us in. The security told us to come and not give up, she\he will let us in at that time when we arrive but we should bring a fee for him\her to let us in... He\she has let other student in for registration but a fee has to be paid and my child will be accepted. My question is why must we pay a fee inorder for my child to be allowed access through the premises. The security guard told us that the only way my child will be accepted.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and deeply demoralising for him. As a parent, it is disheartening to witness the continued disappointment and lack of support, especially given his sincere efforts to pursue further education through your institution. We respectfully request a thorough review of his application history and immediate clarity on what the way forward is. We would also appreciate transparency regarding the application process and a formal response addressing this matter. Your urgent attention to this issue will be greatly appreciated. Bad experience with CJC it's been days trying to call them nobody answers the phone, Ellis park campus also have old contacts online, the number disengaged I've tried multiple times. How do people from other province get hold of this tvet college anyway. does online application even works DHET please intervene it's January we need to register our kids but can't get hold of the Tvets how do we even go to a campus we don't even know we going to get help or if it even exists. Can anyone share if CJC is registered ®️ and can they please answer the phones it's frustrating 😤

If there’s one word to describe Central Johannesburg College, it’s UNREACHABLE. Their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for accountability is truly appalling. We have been trying to verify qualifications issued by CJC for weeks, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare: 📞 61 phone calls – Not a single one answered. 📧 31 emails sent – Not a single reply. This is not just poor service; it’s outright negligence. People’s lives and careers are on hold because CJC refuses to perform a basic administrative task. Businesses are being disrupted, and candidates who earned their qualifications in good faith are left in limbo, unable to start work. How does an institution justify this kind of unprofessional behavior? No one answers the phones at any of their seven branches, nor at their head office. No one replies to emails. It’s as though the entire college has vanished into thin air. If you’re considering dealing with Central Johannesburg College for any reason—whether you’re a student, parent, or employer—BE WARNED. I would be giving 0 stars, but that option is not available. Customer service is non-existent. You can call a million times and the phone rings to no avail. Emails not answered either. Furthermore, the security have more empathy and resourcefulness compared to HR. I've never seen such incompetence from a college. Specifically the parktown campus. The HR lady there is beyond rude, you cannot dismiss people like your lap dogs. Whatever certificate she has, she has to revisit the human resources/public relations concept.

Pep central has the worst customer service ever. I bought a bag to get a parcel delivered and had to go back 3 times because they having network issues. I had to leave my job 3 times to try use a service they offer and as a first timer I have to say I am disgusted . When i asked for my money back I'm rather laughed at by the man behind the counter like I'm a joke. The service sucks the staff don't care and everyone is so relaxed! So many looking for a job where ppl would go over and above to keep customers.

My wife completed her N6 at CJC, she did her in service training at Old Mutual. At the beginning of 2019 she applied for the Diploma, to date she hasn’t received the diploma nor any communication.

I wrote my examination but never received marks. They just told me to re apply for those subjects. Which I never failed just never received marks.
