Lack of customer service and *********** HR

I would be giving 0 stars, but that option is not available. Customer service is non-existent. You can call a million times and the phone rings to no avail. Emails not answered either. Furthermore, the security have more empathy and resourcefulness compared to HR. I've never seen such incompetence from a college. Specifically the parktown campus. The HR lady there is beyond rude, you cannot dismiss people like your lap dogs. Whatever certificate she has, she has to revisit the human resources/public relations concept.
