Dear KFC, Your meat is soo nice but it has gotten too expensive lately more especially for people in the kasi month end we all que the long lines after purchase we are back to nothing. We not blaming you for our poverty but please do consider that there's people living below their means and who are big livers of your brand. What used to be a bucket for 1 for only 29 has now increased soo much, that special for 129 for 5or6 peice is nolonger there, to get a family meal at KFC one needs to be ready to spent more than 350.00 just consider this more and more pop up restaurents are now joining the market selling chicken even though it doesn't taste like yours it's still chicken and more people are moving to the affordability as compared to the quality. If you see this please bring the salsa and promotions back. We love a KFC and have soo many memories
Freshly's bread from PNP Jabulani Mall should be immidiatley be recalled. today all of it so yesterday 30 Jan 2024 I bought bread at pnp when I got home because I was soo hungry in the evening I ate it, this morning I wake up to make my sons lunch box to my surprise 😲 the edges are covered in mould in asking my self how because Expiry date is the 04th Feb 2025. I even took photos what a shocker. I don't want them to call and apologies I want that bread to be immidiatley removed and checked because a call won't bring my money back or my health and everyone else who has suffered from this for a while but remained in silence. Pnp jabulani Soweto please save lives and remove that brand amen
Bad experience with CJC it's been days trying to call them nobody answers the phone, Ellis park campus also have old contacts online, the number disengaged I've tried multiple times. How do people from other province get hold of this tvet college anyway. does online application even works DHET please intervene it's January we need to register our kids but can't get hold of the Tvets how do we even go to a campus we don't even know we going to get help or if it even exists. Can anyone share if CJC is registered ®️ and can they please answer the phones it's frustrating 😤
I have never felt to unsafe and insecure about my personal information. So 2023 December I went for a site visit in three of Ithemba properties around JHB Cbd during the application process Moe's you asked to send your 3 months bank statement, payslip, ID copy I did that the estate agent was Sam he came back and told me because my credit score is low and salary also does not meet the requirements I do not qualify to rent any of the flats mind you I have already paid the deposit of R750 to secure one of the flat. Ok fine he then said to me because you will be living with your partner lets use your partners bank statement because I knew my partner is under a fixed debt review I told him the situation he said the background check won't affect the review ok fine I sent him the statement he went ahead and checked and beifre you know it my partner was Recieving calls form the banks to say he can't take anymore debts, Sam then apologise saying he ddint know. Ok fine remember because I do not qualify to rent I forfeited my deposit and told him to remove my name since I do now qualify to rent beicuase of my salary I got my slef a nice flat around Protea in Soweto. In March 2024 I recieved a statement stating I need to pay rent I was very confused by that so I called him as I still had his numbers iyho he told me my name was still on the system he then shared a screen and deleted my name there but the issue persisted in such a way that the statement had my details and ID number on I was very worried how can an bug property company like Ithemba be soo ******** and neglegent about of our information. I called them escalated the matter I was told that the Sam guy was fired but they will remove my information I'm September I recived another statement again saying I shud pay I got Sooo irritated all the time I had to keep explaining their stupid mistakes I contacted the POPIA Act consumer act to intervene and remind them the repurcusions of using people's information without their knowledge because it's clear that whoever was booked into that flat has no identity docs and Ithemba Property used my information to give that person Accomodation it's ILEGAL for heaven sake. The last person I spkek to from Ithemba was Sbusiso Mabuza who said they are in the process of clearing my information in their system till to date I never recieved proof that they had indeed cleared my name, a letter of Apology and compensation from all the stress I was undergoing for months trying to have my name cleared moving money from my account left right and centre so they can not have access. Reporting them even going to SAPS to have a case opened for them that incase there's a *****ulent incident in my name they are to blame. I'm the 06 Nov 2024 I recived a ticket email saying statement has been revised and amended apologies for the inconvenience this is not an inconvinience it's an ******* case you all need to check all the Ithemba Properties to see if what you have on the system is really the people occupying those flats the chances are it's the ******* foreigners using the site viewers information it's ilegal operation. These are the people I dealt with from Ithemba with no help Palesa Mawasha, Ntokozo Mngomezulu, Ndumiso Majozi, Angel Nyoni, Reylene
Best service providers, I can't remember who assisted me back in October when I experienced some error with task manager stucked in my Samsung smart TV, I thought it was a dstv error only to find out that the TV needed a software update the lady was very patient with me she even dropped the call and called me again straight connected remotely to have the software updated, resolve the error and ended up showing me how to navigate because most of us customers we don't read our user guidelines. Thanks Samsung I was also told I have a 20% discount on my next purchase my wish to to budget for a TV sound Bar to match with my TV this coming year 💃💃💃
Nando's Ilanga Mall - Please remove the tall lady, light in complextion and thick bodied from the cashier role please it's urgent. It was the 15th of not the 16th of Dec when my partner and I went to ilanga mall Nando's we didn't know what to eat but because we live Nando's and we were drawn by this iconic smell. We walked in and gretaed the lady nicely with a smile we then said to her Lady we not sure what to eat what's on special or what would you suggest we eat Iyoh her monster 👹 treatment came out she was like if you not sure what to eat then move aside so I can sell to pipo who know what they want to eat haibo. This was her moment to shine and suggest possible meals for customers, sell the Nando's brand with pride but the lady failed to do so. She kept in saying she was tired 😫 in my 10 years of customer service I've never experienced such a bad service from Nando's. I am originally from Gauteng and I purchase my nandos at the Parktown branch mostly we do not get such horrible experience from the cashiers. She let the Nando's Brand down, she's inexperienced and comes across as a mean person in general. Please remove her let her do the cooking perhaps it's what she's good at
Dear Mtn, I am on the R408 contract package and I must say the speed reduces faster I now top up twice a month with either the 129 or 69 please help would you suggest I just upgrade or stick to my package because wow the 7vdag speed doesn't even last for 7 days only 3 days it's very stressful and money consuming. earlier this month I had an encounter who helped me activate my smartshopper on my Tymbank account. Let me tell you the whole year I've been shopping at Jabulani Mall PNP whenever it's time to pay the cashier always says my smartshopper is not registered all the time and I would ask them how do I activate it they would say it's a long process and I would buy without a smartshopper all the time. It was heart breaking having a smartshopper that's not working. It was always a bittersweet moment when I have to buy because I always know they won't assist me. So this December I went again and when I have to swipe I asked an old lady to swipe for me with hers she refused kanti there was one lady who was assisting to pack my items in the bag said to me why is your smartshopper not working I then explained to her that I used to have one but it got lost so I got one at Davyton mall I don't think they cancelled the other one and I later have the Tym bank account. The lady assisted me very quickly. That says a lot about 99 % of pnp employees at Jabulani Mall all 99 % couldn't assist me for the whole year but only one lady assisted me in December 2024. Dear PNP you can do better honestly having 99% lazy workers is a red flag 🚩 to customer service and only 1 person managed to resolve the issue I've been having the whole year. It really speaks volumes about training in customer service and selling the smartshopper rewards program, your cashiers don't really care if customers are have the smartshopper or not should the rewards program be part of their KPI ofcourse yes it should as they are now lazy and have the I don't care attitude towards customers. More especially in townships PNP you can do better. To the lady that helped me thank you soo much you are the only one that can do your job I appreciate it now I don't have to stress and borrow or buy without coz nami nginayo 😊
Dear Mr Price Jabulani Mall Manager & H/O I pay attention to detail as I was once at retail I have been observing customer service at your store very closely and I must say this year 2024 I had the pleasure of interacting with one of your employees by the name of Kgotso if I'm not mistaken I would sometimes see him working as. A cashier while at times his watching over the floor, assisting customers with their needs and I must say, his service is truly exceptional! I remember my first encounter I was trying to purchase a specific item a purse that was on sale for R60.00 it was the only one left without the sku , but unfortunately, it wasn't listed on their website with a SKU number. Kgotso went above and beyond to assist me, leaving his post watching the floor and asking somebody else so he can assist the customer. taking the time to investigate and eventually providing me with the necessary SKU number for me to purchase it. His dedication to his work , patience, and willingness to help were impressive and greatly appreciated. It's clear that Kgotso is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and it shows! Kudos to Mr Price Jabulani for having such a fantastic employee please give the lady at door he flowers aswell very friendly with a smile. You hardly find happy personalities in stores these days. Keep it up and please they deserve the employee of the year awards 😊 Rating: 5/5 stars
#BlackFriday Pedros is by far the best in townships however the service in the Jabulani Soweto branch is the worst ever. On the 25th of October my niece placed an order for us as a treat since I'm the aunt a black child spoiling her aunty and uncle. She placed the order online as she resides away from us little did she know that with the poor service at Pedros Jabulani Mall. To my surprise she paid for the delivary fee for the order to be delivered just at the jabulani Flats yoh Pedros sent the driver with the order but the driver never came to deliver the order we waited at the gate for 1hour 30mins no bike came when caliibg the store they say the driver came and never found anyone. My question iswe waited at the gate before the order was placed the chances are he mightve been lost and never called as always then decided to go drop it at the store. It's sad as the store never send the driver back to deliver we had to come out from our flats and go fetch the order. Very unprofessional restaurant that one. The person who answered the phone was very rude and yes we forfeited the delivery fee Fri an the delivary fee *********** delivary guy.
