I have been struggling to validate my company's bank account on my CSD profile, for the past 3 months. I even changed banks but I still get the same response and I can attest that all the information that I'm entering is correct.
Here is the response that I'm getting every time: *** The bank account information (*******1575) of supplier [REDACTED] with number [REDACTED] was sent for bank account validation and could not be validated. The response received from the bank is as follows: | Incorrect Company Name/ Surname *** Please may I be assisted?
