Brilliant assistance from Refilwe
I had called in due to a password issue and the consultant I spoke to made me feel like I was committing *****. He also sounded frustrated and for some reason the call dropped. I then called back and spoke to Refilwe, who from the start was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. She did advise me on the steps to take and that I should use an alternate browser. I needed to restart my phone and Refilwe could not stay on the call with me, she did take my contact number and gave me sound advice. After the call, I followed her steps and my issue was resolved. As promised Refilwe called back to check if all was well. Thank you Refilwe for your help and your professionalism in resolving my query. it is verry hard to find staff that take ownership of queries and go the extra mile to resolve them, CSD you have a star employee. Incident # 1847430

Outstanding customer service.
I contacted the CSD regarding a query I had with my account. It wasn't an hour later and my problem was solved. The CSD absolutely exceeded my expectations. This type of highly exceptional professional service was something I never expected. And the best part of it all is, I never spoke to an agent, it was all conducted via email. CSD Bank verification problem
I have been struggling to validate my company's bank account on my CSD profile, for the past 3 months. I even changed banks but I still get the same response and I can attest that all the information that I'm entering is correct. Here is the response that I'm getting every time: *** The bank account information (*******1575) of supplier [REDACTED] with number [REDACTED] was sent for bank account validation and could not be validated. The response received from the bank is as follows: | Incorrect Company Name/ Surname *** Please may I be assisted?

TERRIBLE SERVICE and FLAWED SYSTEM
Terrible service - over a year now to try and get registration fixed with not results. Now have payments behind from various departments due to this.

No response always not available in their calls,UNREACHABLE
All their contacts on the website are not working and nobody answering this calls,very poor system .
