Brilliant assistance from Refilwe

I had called in due to a password issue and the consultant I spoke to made me feel like I was committing *****. He also sounded frustrated and for some reason the call dropped.

I then called back and spoke to Refilwe, who from the start was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. She did advise me on the steps to take and that I should use an alternate browser. I needed to restart my phone and Refilwe could not stay on the call with me, she did take my contact number and gave me sound advice.

After the call, I followed her steps and my issue was resolved. As promised Refilwe called back to check if all was well.

Thank you Refilwe for your help and your professionalism in resolving my query. it is verry hard to find staff that take ownership of queries and go the extra mile to resolve them, CSD you have a star employee.
