Delayed Refund by CTC Braamfontein

I wish to complain about CTC Braamfontein Campus delayed refund process. I am complaining because I over paid the fees for my niece tuition in 2021, app**** for a refund by the end of 2021 and reapp**** in 2022, to date, May 2023 the institution keeps responding that the refund is in process. To resolve this problem I would like you hellopieter to please help me so that I get monies owed to me by CJC since 2021. See the response below and please help Regards Goitse 0833769648
