Durban campus is a bunch of ****mers, the staff is rude. I don't know how many times I sent a request for them to diregister my child as per their requests, but no luck, instead I'm receiving messages that I'm owing them money, while they are the ones who owe me money because my daughter went to the campus for full 2 months, there was no staff. I did call one of their staffs who said I shouldn't mention their names and told me that they were working with no pay that's why there was no one to teach at the campus. I went there myself to see if what I was told was true or not, sadly that was true, the place was dirty they didn't even pay the cleaners. And I took my daughter out of that school and they saying I owe them money. FOR WHAT EXACTLY.... THAT COLLEGE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN

my child registered with this institution last year February. only to be told that the semester has started. then we registered for the second semester. filled in the registration forms, and we must wait for a call or an email. we waited and waited until the beginning of July we went back only to be told that they don't know why we never got a call. we had to start over and fill the forms. she started N4 that same July. she wrote all her assignments and passed them all for her to be able to write the final. November, she goes to collect her Timetable of which is her asses to write the test, she gets there her timetable is now where to be found. she gets a copy to use. she writes all her exams. she goes to School end of January to Registered for N5. only to be told that she did not write some of her final test. how because she signed a register before each and every exam. HELLO PETER, KINDLY HELP. She's currently sitting at home doing nothing because the staff at that school does not care. we call no answer.

Delayed Refund by CTC Braamfontein
I wish to complain about CTC Braamfontein Campus delayed refund process. I am complaining because I over paid the fees for my niece tuition in 2021, app**** for a refund by the end of 2021 and reapp**** in 2022, to date, May 2023 the institution keeps responding that the refund is in process. To resolve this problem I would like you hellopieter to please help me so that I get monies owed to me by CJC since 2021. I wish to complain about CTC Braamfontein Campus delayed refund process. They are a real scam.. In 2020 my brother registered for electrical engineering N1.. He paid full amount and there R2500 extra that was paid. When he went for his results they said he has no results mind you he paid R1000.. Till today he has not received his results and his refund.. Durban branch it a disgrace.. People pls be careful

Central Technical College
Send numerous emails and made telephone calls with no success. Account paid up to date and still do not receive results for my son's studies. Struggling now over a year to get this sorted.

Poor Customer Service by Academical Manager
I am highly disappointed with the above educational facilities of high education that take students education for granted as i have been waiting for My N6 Certificate for the last 9 Months and i have been passed by good jobs opportunities as companies requires certificates for verification and i have results but i haven't been provided my certificate and every time i visit the office i am taken from pillar to post by this two Colleges. But ironically if you owe them the will call you none stop, So from my perspective is that if a student pays on time he is been taken for a ride as i don't owe anything my accounts are fully paid but i have no certification to show for it and i missing out on jobs prospects every day which it is frustrating.
