I had a terrible experience with fishaways in durban north broadway...we bought crisp fish and the normal fish meal ..when we received the crispy fish it was wood fish it was hard in such a way that u can't even chew,, worst of all we waited for the food about 30 minutes on top of that we waited for the cutlery and when I went to the counter to ask for cutlery the lady who was working there said she can't find the forg..what a terrible service they have...and it so annoying
Good morning, I would like to report build it kwamashu branch. They a cashier with a very stinky attitude in such a way that one of the customers ended up leaving the goods that they were buying because of the cashier that was working there afternoon..she was so rude even the manager couldn't handle her because of her attitude.i think Build it should train their cashiers because and I would highly recommend people not to go there..that so called lady was so rude...I feel sad for the manager because he is the one that need to answer, but he must also learn his managerial skills so that his store will be successful..otherwise that lady needs to be disciplined so that she can learn how to treat customers..I am highly disappointed
It is very disappointing to just see this so called company appearing on your salary advise without my concern..and they have some nerves to deduct R100 a month...I need to know what really happened who gave them the authority to do so...this o annoying
There was a missing payment on my credit card account..it was transfered via Old Mutual, so we rectify that mistake and the money was put into the correct account which is my credit card account the amount of R23200. But what I don't understand is the money was transferred 3 time like like it ended up to R67000 some change. And I phoned Nedbank to rectify that mistake and during the day it was rectified but my concern is all the charges was on me just because of their negligence..how can I be liable for someone's mistake? And the bank charges was very high..pls clarify that
I'm still waiting for Old mutual to rectify their mistake that they made when transferring money to wrong account..and worst of all I have received a call from Nedbank card stating that my account is on arrears..this is ridiculous
My name is Zakithi Pearl Mokoena.i made consolidation with Old mutual bridge city on the 19th of April 2024.branch they are so ***********..they transfer money to the wrong account..they were supposed to pay for my Nedbank credit card. But they transfer it to the wrong account..and I have been into their branch for 2 weeks but still no help..they keep on promising me that they will sort it..how can such a huge broker do so stupid mistake..how can a competent company be so neglected..so now I will have to pay double for installment for them and the credit card..pls assist because they keep on making an empty promises...and this is so annoying..I can't tolerate their nonsense
They are a real scam.. In 2020 my brother registered for electrical engineering N1.. He paid full amount and there R2500 extra that was paid. When he went for his results they said he has no results mind you he paid R1000.. Till today he has not received his results and his refund.. Durban branch it a disgrace.. People pls be careful
Good day. My name is Zakithi Pearl mokoena. I have a problem with the company mentioned above. I had my mother as my beneficiary under my medical aid scheme. Unfortunately she passed on this year January 18 due to cancer. The according to my knowledge I have paid what ever was short when I took her to the hospital. And yet I am getting a message from ER Consulting stating that I am oeing them R2500 and yet I went ot my medical scheme they said they paid everything and yet I received a message saying that they have put my name under bad debt. I sent hem an email asking them to allow me to pay R200 a month until I settle their account last month I send them an email asking them for bank details. I had no response. And this month I got a message that I now have a bad debt rocords so I paid R200 this month but still no records.. Pls verify
I had a contract with netstar from 2019 in fact since I bought a car. Last year if I am not mistaken my car tracker had some problems I couldn't see it via the app and I sent them an email we made an arrangement. So they sad the technician will come on Saturday everything was confirmed. The technician was supposed to come around 1o o'clock. And on Saturday morning one of their consultants phoned me and said their technician is no longer available they will re schedule my appointment with them. Till today They hadn't contacted me. So lat year late around October if I am not mistaken I sent them an email canceling the contract with because they failed to render services for my car they told me about the cancelation fees so I decided to join another tracking company because Netstar did not care about my wish.. And yet they have put my name on bad debts.. Pls help how can I resolve this problem
