If it was possible to review them a negative 10 i would I ordered food 16/05/2026 from Fishaways Vanderbijlpark I did not receive everything in my order and submitted a complaint to fishaways head office requesting a refund - CAS-2979151-Y3P2N8 - I have emailed more then once to get feedback,all my emails go unanswered. This is absolutely disgusting you pay alot of money the least you can ask for it to get what you paid for

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Fishaways today. I placed my order at 2:30pm for collection at 3:15pm, but when I arrived at 3:30pm, my order had not even been prepared. The staff member assisting me said she had just started her shift and knew nothing about the order. There was no apology, no urgency, and I was simply told to wait another 10 minutes. When I finally received the meals, the presentation was shocking. The food was packed carelessly, the chips looked overcooked and dry, and the portions between the two boxes were completely inconsistent. One meal had barely any rice or chips compared to the other, and overall the food looked rushed and unappetising. What made this even more upsetting was that this was meant to be a Mother’s Day supper. Instead of enjoying a special meal, I was left frustrated and disappointed by both the service and food quality. Definitely not the standard I expected.

I bought grilled fish and salad, the fish was burnt couldn’t even it taste horrible, after a very long day wanted to eat something different as I was lazy to cook. Got home and unwrapped my meal only to find that the fish is burnt the burn part was underneath top part looked fine , mind you I haven’t eaten the whole day this would be my first meal 😭😭😭😭

HIGHWAY *******!! Today being Good Friday. We decided to get Fish aways. Never ever again! We paid R520 food that might feed 2 toddlers. I ordered the 2 hake rice and chips for R139. I received even a meal that would feed one. There was just one piece, few chips and a dismal excuse for coleslaw. I'm not leaving it here. I feel this is bad practice and price gaging. I will happily send the photo I took to anyone that asks.

Yesterday lunchtime I ordered and paid up-front for a medium Fish and Chips from Fishaways Montecasino, When I received it was just a bland Fish and Chips with no sauces and not even salt. When I queried they said they don't have any. Why did they not informing me before I purchased so that I could buy at another place. It felt like being cheated. Other people also complained. Never there again!
