On 18 March 2026, I ordered hake and chips with cappy from Fishaways in Carletonville. The order was promptly delivered. A short while later, the delivery person, Mpumalelo returned with the cappy that was missing from the initial delivery. Thank you Fishaways for noticing and delivering without us having to ask

I have ordered sushi at Fishaways Highlands mall... when the order arrived, half of the products was not included and the provided us with used soya sauce... DONT EVERRRR order Sushi there - the quality was shocking... I took the food back and all the manager said was OH!!!! I have to talk to Uber eats, they wont refund me, turned aroumd and walked away... DONT EVER ORDER FROM FISHAWAYS HIGHLANDS - QUALITY AND SERVICES THE WORST EVERRRR!!!

I have ordered sushi at Fishaways Highlands mall... when the order arrived, half of the products was not included and the provided us with used soya sauce... I ordered a healthier option meal from Fishaways through mr d.It was a stir fry with hake.To my surprise the displayed food doesn’t match what was delivered.The manner in which vegetables were missing some cut not up to the standard of display.They brought a distasteful cabbage that is greasy with pieces of green pepper.It was indescribable I’m completely dissatisfied.

Fishaways Die Boord Consistently the worst service. The telephonic service is shocking, basic telephone manners are completely lacking, and dealing with the store is always frustrating. After multiple bad experiences, I am done.

This is truly a shocker. We ordered the Hake Hot Pot for Two, paid the higher price, and expected to receive the same quality and portion size for us to enjoy. I had to make a salad for myself to ensure hubby had enough food. The size of the pieces of fish was very small, and there was way too much creamy sauce, overpowering everything. It's extremely disappointing and unexpected from Fishaways. I had to take a photo as proof of the small size of the dish (compared to what we got in the past).

Really disappointed with my recent order from Fishaways. The squiggly pops were completely overdone and the portion was ridiculous compared to what you normally get — it was noticeably smaller and just not worth it. There was also no sauce included, which made the whole meal even more disappointing. Overall, the quality and attention to detail were really lacking this time. They’ve lost a good customer.

Really disappointed with my recent order from Fishaways. On the 27th of February I ordered food from Fishaways Ga-Rankuwa. I am so disappointed with the service I received because we work hard for our money and not getting the food service I paid for is heart breaking. 1. I received my order after 2 hours. 2. The food had no taste, rice, chips, and fish were not seasoned. 3. My rice was over cooked and looks nothing like the one on the website. 4. Fish was falling apart when holding it due to overcooking 5. Packaging was terrible; it’s like they threw everything into one box. The person who was packaging did not care at all. I paid R 194.04 including delivery fee and the drivers tip for nothing. I didn't even finish the food, and I'm very disappointed.
