Order Number: 101918025 This order was placed at 09:51 AM with an expected delivery time of 12:45 PM. However, there were several issues with the delivery process: The driver arrived 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, the driver misplaced the delivery slip and failed to provide the recipient's name. Consequently, the pizza was left with the guard instead of being delivered to the intended recipient. As a result, the intended recipient did not receive the pizza.
My recent encounter with Emirates Airlines fell short of expectations. After enduring prolonged wait times for my flight, I was met with disappointment when the flight was ultimately canceled. Compounding the issue, Emirates mishandled my checked luggage, leading to a distressing three-day delay in its retrieval. Emirates Airlines' mishandling of my luggage not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in extra expenses for transportation to and from the airport as well as purchasing more clothing after being left in a foreign country without luggage!! Emirates Airlines' negligence forced me to incur additional costs for an extended hotel stay, compounding the financial burden caused by their mishandling of my luggage and flight cancellation, ultimately leading to a prolonged and frustrating ordeal. Despite the challenges posed by a natural disaster, Emirates' handling of the situation was woefully inadequate. Passengers endured over 48 hours of uncer*****y, forced to sleep in the airport without proper assistance or communication, highlighting a significant failure in their crisis management protocols
Mozambik stanger USED TO BE GOOD until new owners took over . It used to be our every week go to place go hang out . Unfortunately of lately service has dropped drastically . Today at around 6pm . We walked into the restaurant (probably only 2 or 3 sets of customers seated- so not busy at all ) . We were not greeted on arrival, were not asked to take a seat ,yet 2 people not sure if that was management or waiters were standing at the front. We took our own seats. They looked at us and continued with their conversation, never bothered to come to the table . We woke up and walked out .and still not a word from them . ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WE WILL NEVER BE SUPPORTING THIS BRANCH AGAIN !
Grimaldis umhlanga at the pearls . My first visit and definitely not my last ! From the service to the food . Everything was beyond out expectations. My partner actually made a reservation at the wrong branch ,but this branch still accepted us and make a space . We wil definitely be back .
Studio 88 KwaDukuza (stanger). DATE : 28/01/2024( Just after 10am) I went to return and item purchased at a different branch (because i was in that area) . The cashier first stated ,I need to return where I bought from . Then they had no money in the till. I then asked him to refund my card because that's how I purchased the items . He did not know how to do It. This is such an inconvenience!!! Why have branches all over if we aren't able to do this???? Please TRAIN YOUR STAFF !!! This shop will probably be my last resort for shopping from now onwards..!
KFC STANGER (KWADUKUZA) - HULLET STREET. I'm so tired of this branch and not knowing how online orders work and their unprofessional, arrogant, under trained staff !!! Each time I complain I get an email saying my complaint was resolved!!!! Yet no one contacts me !!!!
Checkers sixty60! Absolutely the worst to deal with. If a price is displayed this is the price I will pay !! I purchased my order on 60 app . I placed 2 orders ! (And it went through perfectly fine ). The next day upon realizing they made a mistake on the app . They decided to first use the excuse of being out of stock . They then stated it was an error on the app . There after they said while stocks last !!! So which exactly is the correct excuse @checkers ???? Giving the customer back a few rands of credit back on their app is not going to justify anything because this money is not going back into my bank account. It's still with checkers !!!
Bp ballito (simbithi). The staff don't know what's going on . There's no proper system going on . They just make you run around In circles for things !! One person just didn't want to help me . He made me walk up and down and wait for another staff member whereas he was standing and doing nothing . Absolutely terrible service I would not recommend or be going back here .
KFC ONLINE !!!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! This is a **** !!! We place the order and pay online then get to the store and the order is not processed yet ! Order gets processed few hours later, then we wait and wait for a refund which we aren't allowed to get in store .Terrible ,I would not recommend.
Such pleasant, friendly, vibrant staff. Food is amazing! Love having my breakfast with a view of the ocean.
