Extremely disappointed with my experience at Fishaways today. I placed my order at 2:30pm for collection at 3:15pm, but when I arrived at 3:30pm, my order had not even been prepared. The staff member assisting me said she had just started her shift and knew nothing about the order. There was no apology, no urgency, and I was simply told to wait another 10 minutes. When I finally received the meals, the presentation was shocking. The food was packed carelessly, the chips looked overcooked and dry, and the portions between the two boxes were completely inconsistent. One meal had barely any rice or chips compared to the other, and overall the food looked rushed and unappetising. What made this even more upsetting was that this was meant to be a Mother’s Day supper. Instead of enjoying a special meal, I was left frustrated and disappointed by both the service and food quality. Definitely not the standard I expected.
I am very disappointed with the service from Nando's. I’ve been trying to change my order from collection to delivery, and what should be a simple request has turned into a frustrating and time-wasting experience. The store tells me to contact the call centre, and the call centre tells me to contact the store — with neither taking responsibility or offering a solution. I have spent over 20 minutes on calls, going back and forth with absolutely no assistance. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. It feels like no one is properly trained to handle basic customer requests. As a paying customer, I expect efficient service and clear support — not to be passed around with no resolution. This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on your customer service standards.
Grimaldis umhlanga at the pearls . My first visit and definitely not my last ! From the service to the food . Everything was beyond out expectations. My partner actually made a reservation at the wrong branch ,but this branch still accepted us and make a space . We wil definitely be back .
Studio 88 KwaDukuza (stanger). DATE : 28/01/2024( Just after 10am) I went to return and item purchased at a different branch (because i was in that area) . The cashier first stated ,I need to return where I bought from . Then they had no money in the till. I then asked him to refund my card because that's how I purchased the items . He did not know how to do It. This is such an inconvenience!!! Why have branches all over if we aren't able to do this???? Please TRAIN YOUR STAFF !!! This shop will probably be my last resort for shopping from now onwards..!
KFC STANGER (KWADUKUZA) - HULLET STREET. I'm so tired of this branch and not knowing how online orders work and their unprofessional, arrogant, under trained staff !!! Each time I complain I get an email saying my complaint was resolved!!!! Yet no one contacts me !!!!
Bp ballito (simbithi). The staff don't know what's going on . There's no proper system going on . They just make you run around In circles for things !! One person just didn't want to help me . He made me walk up and down and wait for another staff member whereas he was standing and doing nothing . Absolutely terrible service I would not recommend or be going back here .
Such pleasant, friendly, vibrant staff. Food is amazing! Love having my breakfast with a view of the ocean.
