HIGHWAY *******!! Today being Good Friday. We decided to get Fish aways. Never ever again! We paid R520 food that might feed 2 toddlers. I ordered the 2 hake rice and chips for R139. I received even a meal that would feed one. There was just one piece, few chips and a dismal excuse for coleslaw. I'm not leaving it here. I feel this is bad practice and price gaging. I will happily send the photo I took to anyone that asks.
Tonight we were the last customers. I'm not sure if it was out of spite but the amount of oil we received in the box with the pizza is disgusting. We couldn't take it back as they closed. So now we sit with an oil soaked pizza no one could eat and we paid for.
I would like to thank the nursing staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff and doctors at Brenthurst Hospital for the amazing service and care they show. They listen to their patients and go that extra mile to ensure that are happy and cared for. Their result turn around is so quick. So wit agreatful heart, thank you.

Went in middle of last month as we had signal issues. Upgraded to a new wifi box. Was told they will prorata us for the remainder of the month at month end. Then end of July will be the reduced price. This month they debited the entire amount. We contacted them. Was told accounts will contact us. This was a week ago with multiple calls per day.
We settled our account on the 11th of september last year. Contacted someone for a settlement letter. Never got a reply so we assumed it was closed. We now recieved a statement for R600 and some idd for club fees. Firstley when we opened the account the woman asked if we wanted the club fees and we said no. Now I qiaried it and they willing to give us a R180 discount in the R600 owed. Inhave asked for a copy of our enrolment letter and been given the runaround. Now I recieve an email stating the matter has been settled!!! What the actual hell. I want someone from headoffice to handle this as I am fed up and will be bringing my lawyer into this as well as social media to name and shame Jet Clothing if I have to.
1 star because we cant give anything lower. We have, to no avail, tried to cancel 2 cell numbers which are no longer under contract and are not being used only to be told we cant and cannot cancel as its still in use. The contracts themselves have ended long ago but they refuse to cancel the numbers. I am looking at going to social media as well as lawyers to be back payed for all the costs. I am tired of dealing with incompotent money hungry thieves.
We have had the pleasure of dealing with not one but 4 different consultants at 4 different banks over the past 4 months. They are efficient, helpful, friendly and will make sure you leave understanding everything and are happy with the decision you have recieved.
