DMJ transport, pathetic service by this family business
What a pathetic transport service, booked a bus to departure from Bloemfontein to mthata; dated for 07/02/20 00h30 - 08h40 ticket ref no: B5W8Z9N7/ L5U6LDCU The time now is 02h10am, the bus hasn't arrived. What irritates the most is having no response at the offices Now she has to seek alternative transport to Mthata. We demand full refund and apology from this pathetic bus service.0 replies
