What a pathetic transport service, booked a bus to departure from Bloemfontein to mthata; dated for 07/02/20 00h30 - 08h40 ticket ref no: B5W8Z9N7/ L5U6LDCU The time now is 02h10am, the bus hasn't arrived. What irritates the most is having no response at the offices Now she has to seek alternative transport to Mthata. We demand full refund and apology from this pathetic bus service.
Useless bank telephone operators cost the bank clients I called FNB investment department ********** 378 and was assisted by the lady called yoliswa, what a dushbag. In short she confuses the whole issues about putting a notice on my account to an extend that my account profile has been damaged I feel FNB is useless if it employes such people in the company. Im done. Closing my account and moving to bank that will serve right There has been complains of this bank and one has been ignoring them.
