Fantastic service
Absolutely great experience from order to delivery. Never had to ask for an update was kept informed as the process happens. Quality great embroidery perfect. Thanks waiting for stock on an item i want to order will then be placing another order

I would like to write a review about DSV Road - i struggled from booking the collection on the 7th to it only being collected today - continued comments of failed collection incorrect vehicle - the parcel was only 60cm x 60cm x 60 cm weight of 80 kg
I would like to write a review about DSV Road - i struggled from booking the collection on the 7th to it only being collected today - continued comments of failed collection incorrect vehicle - the parcel was only 60cm x 60cm x 60 cm weight of 80 kg. i have never experienced worse service from a courier - i would never recommend DSV to anyone and will never use them again - Last note the call centre is beyond incompetent

Amazon prime a bunch of theives
I did the free trail - they deducted a months fees cancelled my subscription and website shows no subscriptions yet money is still debited from my account The call centre number does not work

Uber eats skelm
I ordered from the for the first time and they promise a R 100 discount they then proceeded to debit my account for the full amount And any contact you try make is answered with a generic computer response

My aunt has refused to allow us access to my grandfathers will we have contacted Tash Green and she has told us we are not allowed to see it - according to my attorney is a a public document - I have attempted to reach someone in management with no response

Essential Med is a SCAM
I wrote a review regarding them expecting you to call for approval in case of emergency Got some pathetic computer generated answer telling me to contact them which i have done more then once and they simply do not respond stay far away from this company

Pre approval in cases of life threatening emergency's
Dont take out insurance with this company Apparently their policy is that in case of an emergency you first need to contact them before you do anything else to get approval My husband went into full anaphylactic shock and stop breathing 5 times before the ambulance arrived so you can well imagine that my first thought was not to call and get pre approval Needless to say they now are ignoring my messages and have not paid the ambulance or casualty unit at the hospital. Never in my life have i heard of anything so ridiculous - in case of emergency please call us for approval while our loved one is dying before you call an ambulance These people are only their to take your money

Old Mutual, Premier Claims Services and Hestony Transport all UNETHICAL LIARS AND PATHETIC
This company and the companies they work through are beyond pathetic In July I submitted a 3rd party claim took forever for them to do anything let alone reply Now 3 months later we are still waiting for payout I have sent numerous emails to Premier claims services (daleen and Raleen ) neither have the decency to even reply to my email Sent Abdul at old mutual an email all he could manage to do was email Daleen at premier They claim payout takes 30 days 30 days has come and gone and now I just get ignored Maybe if hestony transport would hire competent driver this would not have happened. Even though the accident was hestonys drivers fault they just throw their hands up

Takes 4 months to respond to fine nomination
In May this year I sent an email through to the nominations email for an aarto fine with the completed form and the nominated drivers ID and drivers licence. In Sep (last week) I received and email stating I could not nominate a driver as there is a warrant of arrest out on this fine, please note that this response comes 4 MONTHS after I submitted the nomination. 4 months ago there was no warrant of arrest Please can someone assist me in resolving this I was not driving the vehicle

30 WORKING DAYS BEFORE PAYOUT - ***
After waiting more then a month for a settlement letter. I eventually get it after putting a complaint on hello peter. Now I find myself here once again . No one at premier claims (pathetic company) or old mutual have the decency to answer my email . I would like to know why after I have had to wait already over a month for just a settlement letter is there a turn around time on the settlement payout of 30 WORKING DAYS that is 6 weeks I mean seriously this accident was caused by hestonys driver and was no fault on our side yet I have to suffer because the hire incompetent drivers. I would appreciate is someone from management could respond
