If it was possible to review them a negative 10 i would I ordered food 16/05/2026 from Fishaways Vanderbijlpark I did not receive everything in my order and submitted a complaint to fishaways head office requesting a refund - CAS-2979151-Y3P2N8 - I have emailed more then once to get feedback,all my emails go unanswered. This is absolutely disgusting you pay alot of money the least you can ask for it to get what you paid for
Absolutely great experience from order to delivery. Never had to ask for an update was kept informed as the process happens. Quality great embroidery perfect. Thanks waiting for stock on an item i want to order will then be placing another order
I would like to write a review about DSV Road - i struggled from booking the collection on the 7th to it only being collected today - continued comments of failed collection incorrect vehicle - the parcel was only 60cm x 60cm x 60 cm weight of 80 kg. i have never experienced worse service from a courier - i would never recommend DSV to anyone and will never use them again - Last note the call centre is beyond incompetent
I did the free trail - they deducted a months fees cancelled my subscription and website shows no subscriptions yet money is still debited from my account The call centre number does not work
I ordered from the for the first time and they promise a R 100 discount they then proceeded to debit my account for the full amount And any contact you try make is answered with a generic computer response
My aunt has refused to allow us access to my grandfathers will we have contacted Tash Green and she has told us we are not allowed to see it - according to my attorney is a a public document - I have attempted to reach someone in management with no response
This company and the companies they work through are beyond pathetic In July I submitted a 3rd party claim took forever for them to do anything let alone reply Now 3 months later we are still waiting for payout I have sent numerous emails to Premier claims services (daleen and Raleen ) neither have the decency to even reply to my email Sent Abdul at old mutual an email all he could manage to do was email Daleen at premier They claim payout takes 30 days 30 days has come and gone and now I just get ignored Maybe if hestony transport would hire competent driver this would not have happened. Even though the accident was hestonys drivers fault they just throw their hands up
In May this year I sent an email through to the nominations email for an aarto fine with the completed form and the nominated drivers ID and drivers licence. In Sep (last week) I received and email stating I could not nominate a driver as there is a warrant of arrest out on this fine, please note that this response comes 4 MONTHS after I submitted the nomination. 4 months ago there was no warrant of arrest Please can someone assist me in resolving this I was not driving the vehicle
After waiting more then a month for a settlement letter. I eventually get it after putting a complaint on hello peter. Now I find myself here once again . No one at premier claims (pathetic company) or old mutual have the decency to answer my email . I would like to know why after I have had to wait already over a month for just a settlement letter is there a turn around time on the settlement payout of 30 WORKING DAYS that is 6 weeks I mean seriously this accident was caused by hestonys driver and was no fault on our side yet I have to suffer because the hire incompetent drivers. I would appreciate is someone from management could respond
On 12th July 2018 I was involved in an accident a truck from Hestony transport drove into me. I submitted claim and all requested documents on the 23 July . Two weeks later they sent an assessor out to look at the vehicle 6 august it then took another 2 weeks to get the report from the assessor then another week for Hestony to pay the excess, excess paid the 24 August. I have now been told by PREMIER CLAIMS SERVICES (which I assume is a broker for mutual ) that it will take 5 working days to get a settlement letter then I got an sms saying it will take 10 working days. I called Premier who never respond to emails to following up after being on hold again for 10 min I was told they have not received feedback from senior management. What I would like to know if how does a respectable company like mutual and federal associate its self with a company as useless as PREMIER Can someone and mutual urgently give me an answer as to why it takes this long to get a settlement letter and how long am I then going to wait for the claim to pay out Claim No Premier - 287868 Useless person handling my account : Raleen Pillay
