We got branded hats made through Brandability and had a really great experience. The quality is excellent, the embroidery came out super clean with really nice detail, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Their service was great and everything was handled smoothly.

Received such excellence service from these guys. They are really thorough with their work and they provided constant feedback and updates through out my order process. I have used them twice so far and will definitely use them again. I am very happy with their workmanship as well as customer service.

I placed an order for branded umbrellas, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. To begin with, I received another customer’s branded umbrellas along with my order, which means another customer has also been inconvenienced. I then found that several of the umbrellas I did receive were incorrect — despite Brandability having a design sign-off process in place. In addition, the quantities delivered were not accurate, and the overall quality is questionable, especially considering I specifically chose and paid for a more premium range. After raising these issues, I was asked to take and send photos of all the umbrellas before they can proceed with corrections. This has added further inconvenience on my side, particularly as these items were needed urgently for an event this weekend. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I will be looking at alternative suppliers going forward for better service, reliability, and quality.

I received a prompt, reliable, efficient and trustworthy service from all agents who assisted wit my order. Throughout the production process, you are notified. I saw a price on their website. Asked for a quote. They quoted me more than the website. I queried it. They said some colours are more expensive than others. They requoted on a less expensive colour. I paid in full. 23k . It took 2 weeks to get the artwork approved as they kept on making spelling mistakes. When one word was fixed, they messed up another one. When I started pushing for an ETA as this was gifts for my clients year end function, they informed me about stock shortages. We had to change the colours. In week 5 they notified me, sorry we only have stock on the very expensive colours and billed me 49k. And they will only be able to deliver next year. Offered me a refund, but that won't save my company's name. The client will never trust my company again.
