Think twice before using brandability.

I saw a price on their website. Asked for a quote. They quoted me more than the website. I queried it. They said some colours are more expensive than others. They requoted on a less expensive colour. I paid in full. 23k . It took 2 weeks to get the artwork approved as they kept on making spelling mistakes. When one word was fixed, they messed up another one. When I started pushing for an ETA as this was gifts for my clients year end function, they informed me about stock shortages. We had to change the colours. In week 5 they notified me, sorry we only have stock on the very expensive colours and billed me 49k. And they will only be able to deliver next year. Offered me a refund, but that won't save my company's name. The client will never trust my company again.
