Ordered a Pressurised water tank from them . The tank was leaking so engaged to try resolved and could not get it working . Returned it and no refund. They say I broke it . My argument was it it wasn’t leaking and put together the way it should have been I wouldn’t have had to adjust any of the components. No accountability just sorry you can collect the no working tank if you want that doesn’t work.
Purchased 3 bikes . Quality is not great and constantly having to be sent it for work to be done. Have not found alternative but based on my experience would not have purchased.

This is what happens when you have a lack of competition. I've include my experience in the below email trail, that up until today has not received a response. Safari, delete the email address if you not going to engage. You've lost a customer and created an advocate for your competitors. Once I had finished at the ticket office I called my wife whilst driving home and explained that I had managed to get a morning flight as I was told the remaining flights were full. She in turn said thats not correct as when I called her whilst making my way to the ticket office she logged onto the Safair website to check and there were four flights this evening , one was fully booked and three others had availability. I have attached screen shot she took at the time. I have always been a big supporter of Flysafair and the challenges you have had to deal with even prior to Covid , but this leaves a very bad taste and is not customer service . I’ve attached my original boarding ticket and the additional cost for the amendment . I’m not looking for compensation I just want to understand if this is a situation you are complacent with as I find it mind blowing . I would love to get your CEO’s take on what transpired. Not one to normally post reviews but can’t express how impressed I am with the service we received from Mind The Speed. Tristiaan went over and above and assisted with connecting all our devices to the WiFi and being a pensioner and technically challenged his assistance and patience was greatly appreciated.
