Specific Wilgeheuwel Hospital..Staff don't answer phones, and I have been waiting now for a month for a motivation letter from the Doctor to submit to the medical aid.
I am writing this email to formally lodge a complaint regarding the lack of communication and service I have received from your accounts department. I prefer to handle my affairs via telephone; however, I have had significant difficulty getting through to your staff. On the rare occasions I do speak to someone, I am given promises that are not kept. Specifically, I have been promised multiple times that up-to-date statements would be emailed to me, but I have received them only once. I require the latest statements for the following two accounts immediately: Hospital: Life Poortview Account Hospital: Life Wilgeheuwel Account I am trying to ensure my accounts are settled and up to date, but I cannot do so without the correct documentation. Please prioritize this request and send the statements to this email address within 48 hours.

I am an online teacher, I am paying R1200 plus per month for fibre To be able to get a good connection, I have to disconnect from WIFI on all other gadgets. I am 3 km from the Coca-Cola Dome near Northgate Shopping centre. At last, after 8 days, Mweb came to repair my line, which was damaged by a rain storm. They came, asking me for an extra ladder because they couldn't do the job because of load shedding ( have you ever heard about tools working with batteries). Then they asked me for pliers ( I am 65 ). I worked and lived in China for 6 years, travelling with my pliers and *****drivers in my suitcases! Please Help ?? It is actually ridiculous!
Mweb, I have been without internet for more than 7 days. I earn a living as an online teacher. You restored the problem on day 8. This is not a complaint. We are dealing with it. This is a compliment to all the people at Mweb Call centers. Thank you for your patience. Forgive me if I did not get your name or spelled it wrong, but thank Pshiso Mokhomatha, Tebogo Sekgatho, Nosipho Nzuza, and the contractors for their understanding. I called, being nr 55 when I got through and lost it, but these people treated me so well!

Worse Christmas in my life. Thank you, Makro. After numerous 21 calls to the call center for approval of a refund and emails (9 plus ), I have not yet received my refund. I am on the edge of contemplating suicide. I was promised that Makro's accountant would phone me back. The call center person was so patient.
