Hi, all kindly note that two weeks ago. me and my daughter when to Vodacom Rosebank, we went there because she wanted to ask if she could open an account so she could get her credit score up. fine she was attended by a lady name Patricia. she got her to sign a form and promised to call her the following day. that did not happen till we had to go again last week Friday. Quess what the lady just lough and said she forgot to call her, and she did not even remember what phone they agreed on. how is Vodacom training its staff for customer services. they lack the zel to work with people. when they approach you is like they doing you a favor. Vodacom please do better
my child registered with this institution last year February. only to be told that the semester has started. then we registered for the second semester. filled in the registration forms, and we must wait for a call or an email. we waited and waited until the beginning of July we went back only to be told that they don't know why we never got a call. we had to start over and fill the forms. she started N4 that same July. she wrote all her assignments and passed them all for her to be able to write the final. November, she goes to collect her Timetable of which is her asses to write the test, she gets there her timetable is now where to be found. she gets a copy to use. she writes all her exams. she goes to School end of January to Registered for N5. only to be told that she did not write some of her final test. how because she signed a register before each and every exam. HELLO PETER, KINDLY HELP. She's currently sitting at home doing nothing because the staff at that school does not care. we call no answer.
I HAVE BEEN SENDING REIEWS ON A WEEKLY BASE. AS A VODACOME CUSTOMER I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL. STILL WAITING TO BE CONTACTED IN REGARDS TO MY COMPLAIN NOTHING SO FAR. JUST TO SHOW HOW VODACOM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Good Morning. as you need feedback. i have not received any call from Vodacom in regards to my quire.
I have a contract phones with Vodacom. Since February this year i have a problem with my invoices. the amount is always different from the previous month. the usual amount is R710.37- Feb is R101.49 - March is R998.81 - April is R807.76. with all of this I have send emails from Feb to Last week. no responds. kindly help as a feel like I'm being badly treated. how can I be charged for airtime advance which I did not ask for. I have never asked for air time advance. Vodacom will not get any cent from me this month. I'm sick and tired I work hard for the money.
