I want my certificate

i have been struggling to get a hold of the people at CUT for a good month called them its almost like i annoy them cause when i call to resolve the issue with my certificate the put the phone off in my ear

i finished my modules in 2021 and they registered it in 2022 but i finished it and now they are withholding it cause i owe them money i am calling to resolve it so i can pay so i can just receive my certificate
