Wrote XRAY report of the incorrect hand

It was at Life Carstenhof Hospital on the 8th of September 2017. I had just had an operation on my right hand. My doctor sent me down to have an x-ray. These people at Centre of Medical Imaging SA took pictures of the right hand however they reported it on the medical report as the left hand. There is a Dr. Nhlanhla Vincent Sithole there, he is the one who actually signed off on the report, very rude indeed. They inconvenienced me big time, and Dr Sithole refused to take responsibility of this medical error. He was rude, screaming and never compassionate. The sad part is that the management at Life Carstenhof Hospital allowed this behavior. I am never going to use this hospital again. Very medically caress, rude and bad service.
