Good day, I am not happy with the way my files were handled. It's been 4 years and my fuds are still blocked. Every application I submit to SARB through FNB is ignored. The people working on my files if I send them an email they ignore me. I am not desperate for assistance.

I seriously don't know what else to do with FNB. They have a lady who called very very rude Mpho Dlamini and she didn't help the situation. She made it worse. FNB are refusing to attend to my delictual claim. in 2023 they filed an application on my behalf to the reserve bank, and the application was denied in May 2024 and they didn't give me this feedback. They forgot according to them. Mind you I pay fees monthly for them to provide me service. I discovered when my money started getting blocked that my application was not successful. FNB need to pay for this error from their side. Please anyone who can assist, please help. I am exhausted due to this run around I am getting from FNB. They are not considerate at all. Very selfish and rude. Thank you.
FNB did an application to SARB on my behalf in 2023. In May 2024 they received feeback from SARB and they didn't tell me. The decision was negative. In August 2024 I started seeing money in account getting blocked and when I contacted them they agreed they forgot to tell me. Now they are refusing to entertain my delictual claim.
This lawyer is refusing to refund my 57,000 rand for work she didn't provide. She failed to assist, and I had to get another lawyer, but she is refusing with my money. She didn't have a clue on my case.

Spark Schools accounts department are a mess. They have a tendency to debit double all the time and it's very hard to get hold of them. Just now end of January they debited me 6000 instead of 3000 and I have been trying to get it resolved but I am not winning. If you call them, you don't get through. I have sent emails to Sihle and Maureen and no response.
I am very disappointed with the decision reached by National Financial services ombudsman. They are useless, they always rule in favor of the banks. They didn't even ask me for back up information to my complaint, they just made a decision. It's very sad what they do in favour of banks. I need this case reopened and adjudicated properly
