Good day, I am not happy with the way my files were handled. It's been 4 years and my fuds are still blocked. Every application I submit to SARB through FNB is ignored. The people working on my files if I send them an email they ignore me. I am not desperate for assistance.

FNB Giving me a Run Around - Delictual Claim
I seriously don't know what else to do with FNB. They have a lady who called very very rude Mpho Dlamini and she didn't help the situation. She made it worse. FNB are refusing to attend to my delictual claim. in 2023 they filed an application on my behalf to the reserve bank, and the application was denied in May 2024 and they didn't give me this feedback. They forgot according to them. Mind you I pay fees monthly for them to provide me service. I discovered when my money started getting blocked that my application was not successful. FNB need to pay for this error from their side. Please anyone who can assist, please help. I am exhausted due to this run around I am getting from FNB. They are not considerate at all. Very selfish and rude. Thank you.

FNB RECEIVED FEEDBACK FROM SARB AND DIDN'T TELL ME
FNB did an application to SARB on my behalf in 2023. In May 2024 they received feeback from SARB and they didn't tell me. The decision was negative. In August 2024 I started seeing money in account getting blocked and when I contacted them they agreed they forgot to tell me. Now they are refusing to entertain my delictual claim.

Gxogxa attorney is refusing with my money
This lawyer is refusing to refund my 57,000 rand for work she didn't provide. She failed to assist, and I had to get another lawyer, but she is refusing with my money. She didn't have a clue on my case.

STAY AWAY from Gxogxa Attorneys, Moreleta Park, Pretoria
I paid 7k for consultation to this lawfirm, and then with the assumption that they will be assisting me fight my case, they asked I deposit another 50k to their account, which I did. They came back with incorrect and misleading information on my case, and then said they won't be able to fight my case to recover my money. Now she is refusing to refund my 50k. I don't know what I paid 57k for, she was **** to and given incorrect information and then dropped.

Gxogxa Attorneys are a ****
The lawyers have ****med of 57,000 rand. They gave me wrong and incorrect information and delayed my file to charge for 88k for nothing. They are now refusing to reimburse my money after they did nothing on my case. Please help so I can get my money back from these ****mers.

NEDBANK HOME LOANS ARE HORRIBLE
This will be the 8th time within the last 2 years, Nedbank Home Loans debiting my account in the middle of the month. Our agreement is the 1st of each month. Now they are not even assisting to reverse the unauthorized debit.
