The worst insurance via ABSA bank, I wanted to give them Zero because their service is so bad and they lie so much. When you call they take you from pillar to post. I claimed end of February 2026 I am still waiting for feed back. One agent will tell you this and another will say a different story. They actually want you to give up and fix your car yourself when you pay every month. WORST EVER

I have found the lady at brolink , named Gretchen Theron, Extremely competent and extremely helpful and her service exemplary. I am However asking that brolink review their policy of allowing seniors citizens the benefit of not paying excess on their claims . I have been approached by three other organisations to join them, and they all waive Excess payments for Those above age 65. Other Than this I have been with Nedbank - brolink for 30 years . Thank you

Gretchen was very friendly, helpful and very professional. The claim was made very easy logging it over the phone, and the claim was paid with 3 working day🙏
