If I could give this company a negative rating I would definitely. So the issues started when we needed to pay upfront which is totally understandable, was promised that installation would be done in a few days, apparently there were issues with staff to install, since the day of installation we’ve been having endless problems with the clips n so forth, we get promised they will sort out but nothing ever happens. A lot of money was spent for the pool cover and no after service. Once again were promised this week for them to come out n sort out, but no news. After service -10. Spend your money elsewhere.
On the 27/01/2024 i called outsurance to explain a tenant off my dads was having an issue with water from the GEYSER, a callout was logged and ADHOC plumbers were sent out to attend to the issue. My sister who resides at the premises was advised by the plumber who was called out, that the geyser is too old and to get parts is a problem. Plumber advised to replace the geyser and the location off the geyser was NON Compliant speaking under correction. Monday the 29/01/2024 i got a call from claims to register a claim, claim was registered, ADHOC Plumber was sent again to do replace the geyser access off R570 was required which was paid. According to the plumber that was sent to the premises on the 29/01/2024 THEY DID HAVE PARTS and was not necessary to replace the geyser, claim was referred back to OUTSURANCE for a further investigation. turn around time from OUTSURANCE is pathetic they are waitng on somone for some stuff and no real reason given for the delay in completing the installation off the new geyser. it will be 2 weeks the tenant has no HOT WATER with a 2 year old baby as well. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUTSURANCE REALLY CONSIDERING CANCELLING THE POLICY.
Pathetic service from Vodacom upgrades!! Being bounced around from Pillar to post since yesterday the 01st September. Can someone please sort my problem out with the upgrade, error that was made.!!!!
Been waiting 3 weeks for an online order to be collected from me from RAM COURIERS. Every time I call I spoke to different consultant with different stories. Moosa apparently tried to reach me, my phones off as he stays which is TOTAL BS. Spoke to a gentleman by the name off Londi was advised they will call me when I’m not sure, called the next day was advised by Keenan empty promises that he will follow up with collections n call me back and update me. Vodacom should carry on using RAM Couriers if this is the service they also want to give customers for online purchases. One rotten potato spoils the whole bag. Not sure why ram is so useless to collect!!! Will never use Vodacom online if ram is there courier company for the future!!
Waiting 3 weeks for the device to be collected from me ram keeps making excuses. Call Vodacom after sales they don’t seem to bother also to assist, Vodacom online sales sucks big time!! Rather choose a different service provider.
Outstanding service by the broker AK Ukaye, I logged a claim with him late on Thursday afternoon, that same afternoon before 4pm I had a call from an assessor, I wasn’t expecting them to even call me on Thursday bcoz off how late it was when I submitted the claim. By Friday afternoon my claim was approved n new geyser installed. That’s freaken outstanding service. Keep it up guys would definitely recommend AK from Outsurance for his speedy assistance n willingness to assist, and Ian the assessor for his professionalism on the phone.
Utterly disappointed with the service from METROS Cellphone counter. The consultant by the name off TAPIWA refused to return the phone within the 7 days off purchase paying for a phone I don't use this is nonsense and bad service from a company so big as metro menlyn. I wouldn't recommend anybody to do business with them.
My issues started when my mum in law n father in law wanted to change over there phone line from my late Aunty in laws name to my father in laws name to change over to Adsl line.... We have been running to the mall of the south store from December with no feedback or luck every months bill that comes is still on my late aunt in laws name, my in laws unfortunately don't have a car to keep going to the I make special trips for Pretoria to take them to the store. Couple weeks back we were back at the store to enquire what the hells going on being promised by your incompetent stuff that the change will be done as usual nothing was done again. I am now fed up off this crappy service from Telkom mall of the south who r incompetent to carry out there tasks especially Sibusiso who has attitude with elderly clients. Get your shit in order. Give your staff proper training and to resolve elderly people's problems.
UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG WITH REGARDS TO MY REPAIR ON MY S5, BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE FOR SOME TIME NOW AND EVERY TIME I BOOK IT IN THEY TELL ME THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND EVERYTHING IS OK, I KEEP BOOKING MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS AWAITING PATIENTLY FOR IT TO BE BACK WITH ALL ISSUES RESOLVES TO MY AMAZEMENT THE PROBLEM PERSIST, NB: PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON FROM NEW WITH IT, KEEPS GETTING BOOKED PROBLEM IS WORSE. THIS IS NOT THE TYPE OF SERVICE I EXPECT FROM SUCH A BIG ELECTRONICS COMPANY. I HOPE NOW BY PULLING YOUR NAME HERE I WOULD GET SOME RESPONSE BACK, I EMAIL AND TO MY AMAZEMENT NO REPLIES TO ME!!! FRUSTRATING. CONSIDERING UPGRADING TO THE NOTE4 EDGE I DON'T THINK SO APPLE IS MY NEXT BEST BET HERE. VERY DISAPPOINTED, IRRITATED AND DISGUSTED WITH SAMSUNG.
