Bad Service from day one n after
If I could give this company a negative rating I would definitely. So the issues started when we needed to pay upfront which is totally understandable, was promised that installation would be done in a few days, apparently there were issues with staff to install, since the day of installation we’ve been having endless problems with the clips n so forth, we get promised they will sort out but nothing ever happens. A lot of money was spent for the pool cover and no after service. Once again were promised this week for them to come out n sort out, but no news. After service -10. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dynamic PVC Specialists (Pool Cover Supplier)
1. Poor installation of the pool cover. 2. Poor client management. 3. Poor post installation service. 4. After a few months, still no fixing of snags. 5. Pool cover not in working order post being reported several times. 6. Installation team damaged pool tiles. 7. No care whatsoever to fix the reported issues. 8. Not honouring any of the promises to fix the snags.

They are a BUNCH OF ****MERS AND LOSERS IN LIFE!!! They come to your home and do pool measurements then you required to pay a 50% deposit then the pool cover will be installed. Guess what? they never show up and will start not answering your phone calls or messages.
