Im so disappointed

I app**** for funeral cover on the 28th of march. The debit date i chose was 2nd of may but the debited on the 2nd of april ive been trying to talk to them since last week friday. Seems like they dont care about this inconvenience they are putting me through. They keep on telling me theyve escallated my quiry to relevant department
