It was evident that your staff lacked empathy and understanding. Upon my arrival, I had informed Nozipho that I would be available to pick up my car by 5:30 PM or inquire if my wife could collect it. Regrettably, I received a call at 16:19, mere minutes before your closing time at 16:30. This situation left me with minimal time to make necessary arrangements, and I felt rushed and under pressure.
