Centurion Gearbox and Diff Centre, also known as CTS Automotive has been taken over by new owners in 2017. Since then, two very experienced and passionate people, with an outstanding staff and team, managed to build this business to a very high standard in service and craftmanship. Centurion Gearbox and Diff Centre (CTS Automotive) is a very clean, well organized and equipped workshop. It is a highly recommended choice for clients seeking a specialist vehicle service and repair firm that offers honest advise, knowledgeable support and high standards of craftmanship, which is essential for any client who requires a quality-focused company when it comes to vehicle repairs. The staff as well as the two owners on site, provide friendly service and will always go the 'extra mile' to avoid unnecessary costs to the client, but rather provide them with the correct and most cost-effective solution and resolving the issue, to ensure the client leaves with a fixed vehicle, but also a smile and complete satisfaction.

I took my Ford Ranger 3.0 in for repairs on the gear box. I got it back on the 22nd of September and paid in full.
They charged me for a full recon on the gearbox and torque converter. On the 21st of October, on my way back from Kimberley, I stopped at a stop sign in Bloemhof. When I wanted to pull away I had no gears on my vehicle.
I phoned Deon and he said I must see if there is a place in Bloemhof that can assist me to see if there is gearbox oil in the gearbox. The only place in Bloemhof couldn't help me, since they didn't know the gearbox and didn't want to take chances. I phoned Deon again. He said I must get the bakkie towed in, and he will refund me. It cost me R 3500.00 which I paid, since I couldn't stay there as I had to get back in Pretoria. I took the bakkie to him the following morning. Since then the bakkie is standing at centurion gearbox and nothing is getting done on my bakkie.
It is now 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for my bakkie and refund on the towing. Getting all sorts of promises and excuses. I am losing money since I'm a contracter and have to use my bakkie for transporting of material and tools to sites.

I took my car to Centurion Gearbox and diff on the 12th / 13th August 2014 - Diff bushes. The MD, Deon and I discussed that they are quite busy and would only be able to look at the vehicle on the 19th August 2014. I left the vehicle there. November they only phoned me with a price.

They phoned me in November - was a problem on my diff too and it was \fixed". I drove it on holiday from 12th December 2014 to the 27th December 2014. I picked up issues and spoke to Nantus. I returned the car to them on the 29th December 2014.

After a massive fight"

It is problems after problems, promises made and not kept. My vehicle can not go through road worthy as there are a seal on the tolconverter that they must replace, the vehicle has been there a few times to be fixed, and nothing gets done except leaving me without transport and it is the only transport I have. I have contacted them numerous times and they make promises to come collect my vehicle to be fixed which they never do, when I phone there are always an excuse. They are stretching this out till my warranty expires what do I do then? All I ask is to repair my vehicle.
