BEST liquor we have tasted and reviewed in a very long time. We are in the business of reviewing suppliers, products, service etc and we can give honest feedback regarding Contero Liquor. Do yourself a favour and go to their website and you will be amazed to see that there are still people out there who truly LIVE their passion and in this case...producing TOP quality liquor... and not just doing 'mass production', compromising on high standard, excellent quality and outstanding craftsmanship, when producing and delivering remarkable and distinguished Gins, Vodcas, Whiskeys, Brandies, etc. We honestly would love to see Wholesalers and even smaller direct selling liquor stores to reach out to Contero and spread this TOP producer's products all over South Africa and even the world. We will back them all the way!!

Centurion Gearbox and Diff Centre (CTS Automotive) is a very clean, well organized and equipped workshop. It is a highly recommended choice for clients seeking a specialist vehicle service and repair firm that offers honest advise, knowledgeable support and high standards of craftmanship, which is essential for any client who requires a quality-focused company when it comes to vehicle repairs. The staff as well as the two owners on site, provide friendly service and will always go the 'extra mile' to avoid unnecessary costs to the client, but rather provide them with the correct and most cost-effective solution and resolving the issue, to ensure the client leaves with a fixed vehicle, but also a smile and complete satisfaction.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! We are Investigating Journalists and Global Reviewers who really go out of our way to find and have first-hand experience with merchants, suppliers, businesses etc, so that we can give honest and tested feedback to the public and potential clients. From the get-go, we have only experienced EXCELLENT service from OMG Biltong. Their website is very easy and user friendly and no 'hidden costs' or outdated information or prices are found. The ordering process is Quick and Smoothly. OMG Biltong's prices are Very good and even their shipping costs makes it worthwhile to rather order online than driving around to find what you are looking for and they give you the option to choose the 'wetness' of your Biltong and Droëwors and even if you want it vacuum packed or not. They inform you immediately via WhatsApp as well as Email when the order has been picked up by the couriers and you can track your order online. We will shortly also give you an update and feedback on the quality of the actual products ordered, once we've received it...but we trust it will be as good as their service.
Takealot used to be great...but something seriously went wrong lately. Many issues with orders have been experienced lately and the customer always have to follow up with seemingly little to no ability from Takealot to get issues sorted. Here is the latest experience.... Order was placed 9 February...NO delivery was made and Takealot gave many excuses every time the customer asked about the delays. For the last several weeks Takealot then started arriving at ANOTHER customer's address(this is not even the customer who placed the order). Takealot told the customer they are collecting the returns of the ordered items. Every time the customer as well as us, (the investigating journalists), inform and email Takealot regarding the frustrating matter for the customer who is not even aware of ANYTHING or ANY orders, which Takealot now wants to collect, informing Takealot that absolutely NO items were delivered at all and especially not at the customer where Takealot now wants to 'collect' the UNDELIVERED items. Even after several emails and informing the Customer Support, Takealot then just reschedule the pick up again and again and again....although they've been informed that there is NOTHING to be collected for returns as NOTHING has been delivered and that they are every time bothering the WRONG customer who has NOT ordered the items at all and even wasting the fuel and time of their drivers who are just being showed away every time. It is going into the 4th week now and this issue is STILL not being resolved. NO items were delivered still. NO items are available for collection for returns. NO success in solving this matter. Like we say...Takealot used to be great...but recently they are not just bad but every single experience with them is unacceptable, frustrating and insufficient. Sorry, but we can NOT recommend any potential customer to even try to support Takealot anymore. We did give Takealot MORE than enough time and opportunities to get the issues sorted and promised them that we unfortunately will have to go to the route of feedback to the general public via Social Media and other platforms...upon which they didn't really show any concern. Most probably after this review, Takealot might reply/respond with some kind of 'excuse' again...however the ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED!
We, as Merchant and Service Critics do business with many Online suppliers and Service providers, to be able to give an honest and first hand experience feedback to the public. We have tried a few deals with Perfectdealz and we can honestly say that we have NEVER been satisfied. Perfectdealz are 'great' (hence the 1 star) when one wants to place an order, but the momemnt there is an issue with any of the items received, then EVERYTHING changes and the customer is NOT important anymore.(If we could have a choice to give them NO star at all, we would've) Why or How can we say that?....Because we made sure to have communication with Perfectdealz every time BEFORE an order is placed, to make sure they DO have stock and that they know EXACTLY what the customer wants. Every time they will reply....with something like...'we do have the item in only that colour which the customers wants, so customer can place the order and will receive it'....HOWEVER...when the order arrived they have sent a colour which is NOT even on their sales page on their website and the colour of the item which was SPECIFICALLY asked for and CONFIRMED by them was NOT the colour which they've sent. Upon querying this...they merely asked for a Order number and NEVER got back to anyone to solve the issue. After numerous follow ups from our side, they said that they maybe should just come and pick up al the items....and PLEASE NOTE...their policy says that any return will then be at the cost of the customer and they will also not refund the original shipping costs. Now...we all have the freedom of choice and decide who we want to support....but we can assure you that we as Critics and Reviewers will NEVER support or recommend Perfectdealz to ANY customer. There are many many many better options out there of suppliers, merchants and service providers who truly render a MUCH better service and ordering and return process.

Snatcher's Client support is very good and communication is quickly and sufficient. We dealt with a customer rep named Miguel and we are VERY satisfied with his support and help. We have experienced some issues with items ordered which was delivered incorrectly, but Miguel helped us sorting it out and arrange for a return and refund.

Unacceptable BAD service from Woolworths Online!! WoW! How shocking!!.....One would NOT expect this...especially not from a retailer like Woolworths who claims to "MAKE A DIFFERENCE". Online shopping with Woolworths turns out to be a 'nightmare' when one wants to cancel an order. We heard this from other customers and decided to put it to the test ourselves... and yes, you've guessed right...we experienced the worst ever support and service. Here's what happened... We've ordered a few food items on their website. When we've checked out, one of the items were not added to the order. Apparently they were out of stock at their choice of 'picking point'. This items was not indicated though as NOT being added to the card at check out. We've realised that when we received the Invoice/Notification of order. We decided to cancel the order in total, literally an hour or so after the order has been placed and it was still showing a status of 'Processing' on their site. We first tried emailing them...NO response at all. Then we opened a query on the their website...We received an acknowledgement of them saying they did receive the query...however NO response or action on the request to cancel. We then tried phoning them on the number they provide incase a customer has an urgent issue....Well, after holding the line for almost 15 minutes, we just got disconnected, without even speaking to any person. We've tried again and again we were put on hold for almost 20 minutes...where after we decided to rather disconnect the call. We've then sent emails to every single email address we could find, even to a specific person in their delivery department, which we have an email address of. Once again...NO acknowledgement or action taken at all to cancel the order. Three days later...we get a call from a Woolworths delivery driver who wants to know at which address he must deliver the order....So clearly NO ONE even saw or looked at our urgent request to cancel the order . We wrote another bunch of emails to the different email addresses and also logged another query on their Website. Yet again...NO ONE got back to us. Two days again...we received an email saying that they received an email and will send it to the relevant department to make contact with us. Still...the issue has not been solved and still we haven't received any confirmation that they will cancel the order. Now...one can say...'Shame it is Christmas...one should have some consideration and patience with them', right? NO....wrong...they are rendering a service over a time where they make millions and they have staff who CHOSE to work over this time to make the experience with online orders, acceptable and easy for their customers. So unfortunately that is not an excuse and also certainly not acceptable and people should be aware of this before getting in to a frustrating situation over bad service and orders that can't be cancelled. Customers do NOT need this standard of service...especially from a retailer like Woolworths who is not the cheapest retailer in the market and who claims that they 'Make a Difference'. The only difference they've made, was giving a customer frustration over a festive time when they actually do need service with a difference and not a service with no communication or acting on cancellation requests. Maybe they should just update their website and put an option there where customers CAN cancel an order while it still shows as 'processing' on their system...especially when a cancellation request is done within an hour or so after the order has been placed. Every person has the right to choose who they want to buy from and that is fair. We just won't ever again go through such a frustrating experience with Woolworths again...meaning we would rather support other online retailers who have proved themselves with regards to online shopping and similar issues.
