I bought a bedroom suit in April from them. Started seeing something was off about it before six months. It was starting to peel. I went with pictures and informed them and they gave me a reference number and said to call back. They didn't call for a month. I called back and they had say the supplier rejected my complain. Asked for an appeal and they did but still rejected it. I feel ****med as the reason for their appeal doesn't make any sense. Bradlouws Centurion Mall ****med me. I paid so much for it to have problems whilst it's still under warranty. I regret buying from them as they bot only provide cheap goods but don't know how to handle and resolve customers complains

Cash Crusaders Extremely Disappointed in Dixon Product & Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cash Crusaders Centurion Mall and with the quality of their Dixon products. I bought a Dixon 10-inch tablet for my 12-year-old last Christmas, and only a few months later the battery failed completely while still under warranty. I returned the tablet to the store and waited over a month and a half for feedback. After all that time, I was finally told the tablet cannot be repaired because it is “uneconomical to repair.” Instead of offering a proper solution, I was told to contact the supplier myself — which is unacceptable, especially for a warranty claim that the retailer should be handling. What makes this even worse is that we have spent over R12,000 on Dixon products at this branch alone, and close to R20,000 in total at Cash Crusaders Centurion Mall. After supporting this store for so long, this is the level of service we receive. We even contacted Cash Crusaders head office, hoping they would assist, but no one has phoned back. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care from both the store and head office is shocking. To wait so long with no updates, no support, and no solution is extremely disappointing. This experience has completely broken our trust in the Dixon brand and Cash Crusaders. At this point, I cannot recommend Cash Crusaders Centurion Mall or Dixon products to anyone. Customers deserve far better service and responsibility from a retailer.

yesterday, i went to Dischem centurion mall to buy medicine. i paid my parking ticket according to the machine shows R10, then i immediately went to my car and drive off. but in the parking, there is huge traffic jam, when finally my turn to go, seems like i arrived at the boom gate later than 15 mins, so the the boom gate doesn't want to open, then i pressed the button to speak to the service. the lady who spoke to me was very rude, she insist on letting me to go back and pay for extra, which is impossible, as it was also not my fault to cause over time. there was a security guard standing at the boom gate helping customers, he even talked for us, as he can see what is really happenning at the parking and how bad was the jam, maybe that's the reason causing the jam, as everyone had to call for service. centurion mall really need to inmprove on their service.

Centurion Mall parking vendor machines are very terrible. The Mall advertised parking to be free for less than 30 minutes. If it happens that you leave the Mall within 30 minutes, the vendor machines display "Unreadable Ticket...". You call for assistance through the vendor machine which will also take minutes to be answered and thereafter you will be told to remove the ticket whereby you will be issued another ticket for R10. If you park for over 30 minutes your ticket is accepted with a stipulated price and don't experience such delays. If you are in hurry or plan for a quick shopping, avoid Centurion Mall just because of the vendor machines not the shops.

Shoprite Centurion Mall Who is forcing these people to work? The first time I went to shop there I thought maybe it’s just me making things up in my mind, all the employees have this terrible attitude, I walk in the door with my son holding a stuffed animal that he owns & the security walks up to me & asks if the baby got this toy in the shop I literally walked into the shop you saw me walk into the shop with him holding the teddy bear this happened twice 😒😒 & it’s like even if he got it in the shop why not wait to see if I am buying it for him why harass me?? And they all have an attitude, at the baking area I always want cake but the cake is never fresh the people don’t even come to assist you you wait & wait & call & wait, the trolley people the cashiers, honestly it’s as if they kidnapped this staff & they’re forcing it to work there, personally I am never shopping at this Shoprite ever again, the experience is terrible, these people ruin my day every time I got there 😒

Good evening, I’m soo disappointed I ordered 10 snack dunked wings, but we I open the box I felt like crying the piece were soo big as if I ordered 10 pieces of chicken, they is nothing snarky about them, I feel like I wasted my money for nothing I can’t even eat them they look soo horrible as if they just put black polish on them, I wish I can share a picture I’m soo sad and frustrated. This was the meal for my supper now I can’t even eat. My number 3688. I feel soo disrespected and not considered as a customer

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had from a cellphone company. They took 31k from our account last month. So we went to the shop to enquire on what the issue is, Apparently as per the Manager, the sales person messed up out contract. We ended up giving back the phone and they said they will pay us back once warehouse inspection the mobile phone. A week after the phone was reviewed by the warehouse and all was in order, still nothing was redunded to us, we ended up disputing some of the money and they owed us around 9k. Now this mo th they took more money, now owing us over 26k , we pleaded with them to give our money back as we now getting behind on our personal installments. The Manager always made excuses and even told us they will refund us 46k (proof on whatsapp) we where so confused as that made no sense, the next they the Manager was sick and didn't come to work, we then got the Area manager at the shop, she told us that there is nothing they can do in the shop and its Head office jib to sort out the mess they've made. She referred us to emails that we need to lodge a complaint. We want our money back please. Stop misrepresenting to people and making excuses and blame your head office. Sort out the problem.
