I bought a bedroom suit in April from them. Started seeing something was off about it before six months. It was starting to peel. I went with pictures and informed them and they gave me a reference number and said to call back. They didn't call for a month. I called back and they had say the supplier rejected my complain. Asked for an appeal and they did but still rejected it. I feel ****med as the reason for their appeal doesn't make any sense. Bradlouws Centurion Mall ****med me. I paid so much for it to have problems whilst it's still under warranty. I regret buying from them as they bot only provide cheap goods but don't know how to handle and resolve customers complains
