Absolutely worst experience I've ever had from a cellphone company.
They took 31k from our account last month. So we went to the shop to enquire on what the issue is, Apparently as per the Manager, the sales person messed up out contract.
We ended up giving back the phone and they said they will pay us back once warehouse inspection the mobile phone.
A week after the phone was reviewed by the warehouse and all was in order, still nothing was redunded to us, we ended up disputing some of the money and they owed us around 9k. Now this mo th they took more money, now owing us over 26k , we pleaded with them to give our money back as we now getting behind on our personal installments. The Manager always made excuses and even told us they will refund us 46k (proof on whatsapp) we where so confused as that made no sense, the next they the Manager was sick and didn't come to work, we then got the Area manager at the shop, she told us that there is nothing they can do in the shop and its Head office jib to sort out the mess they've made. She referred us to emails that we need to lodge a complaint. We want our money back please. Stop misrepresenting to people and making excuses and blame your head office. Sort out the problem.
