Cash Crusaders Extremely Disappointed in Dixon Product & Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cash Crusaders Centurion Mall and with the quality of their Dixon products. I bought a Dixon 10-inch tablet for my 12-year-old last Christmas, and only a few months later the battery failed completely while still under warranty.
I returned the tablet to the store and waited over a month and a half for feedback. After all that time, I was finally told the tablet cannot be repaired because it is “uneconomical to repair.” Instead of offering a proper solution, I was told to contact the supplier myself — which is unacceptable, especially for a warranty claim that the retailer should be handling.
What makes this even worse is that we have spent over R12,000 on Dixon products at this branch alone, and close to R20,000 in total at Cash Crusaders Centurion Mall. After supporting this store for so long, this is the level of service we receive.
We even contacted Cash Crusaders head office, hoping they would assist, but no one has phoned back. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care from both the store and head office is shocking.
To wait so long with no updates, no support, and no solution is extremely disappointing. This experience has completely broken our trust in the Dixon brand and Cash Crusaders.
At this point, I cannot recommend Cash Crusaders Centurion Mall or Dixon products to anyone. Customers deserve far better service and responsibility from a retailer.
