Car purchased September 2014 dealer dishonest

In September 2014 I purchased a car from Geely Centurion, Centurion Motors Group. We purchased a Kia Cerato 2 liter 2012. model just over 50 000 km now. I was assured by ticking of a list that the vehicle was accident free. Yet when I wanted to trade this car in on Ford Mondeo at Kempster Ford in Randburg, I was told this car was in a accident with damage of R66 887.54. I was unhappy about this as it is fraud to me. I sent several emails made several phone calls to solve this matter yet my calls were never answered and emails not replied on. I wish to cancel this deal as I am still in the 6 month period and my deposit of R69000 to be refunded.
