I purchased a Hannon "superlash waterproof mascara" about a year ago in Mossel bay this mascara's cap cracked and caused the mascara to dry up. I sent numerous emails asking refunds/ vouchers as i use other Hannon products as well. i was told it get imported and the contract was cancelled due to poor quality as i was not the only person complaining. but i felt R165.00 is a lot to pay for mascara promised to be so fantastic but yet when you experience a problem you get an answer once or twice - then they probably just ignore/delete your emails. This is unethical to me. unacceptable and gives your company a bad reputation. i am sure they could have approach it differently . thank you Talitha Broodryk
In September 2014 I purchased a car from Geely Centurion, Centurion Motors Group. We purchased a Kia Cerato 2 liter 2012. model just over 50 000 km now. I was assured by ticking of a list that the vehicle was accident free. Yet when I wanted to trade this car in on Ford Mondeo at Kempster Ford in Randburg, I was told this car was in a accident with damage of R66 887.54. I was unhappy about this as it is fraud to me. I sent several emails made several phone calls to solve this matter yet my calls were never answered and emails not replied on. I wish to cancel this deal as I am still in the 6 month period and my deposit of R69000 to be refunded. This caused me embarresment and I will appreciate if this matter can be solved in a civilized manner. The source of information was confirmed by Ratified & Lighthouse.
