I recently bought two black gel eye pencils of Hannon. It used to be the only eye pencil I can use.As other pencils irritate my eyes. But I don't know if they changed the manufacturing or the formula, because the pencil does not come off on your skin. I send numerous emails but they do not even reply. I will definitely not buy again. Really disappointed.

I'm very disappointed in the hannon foundation..I paid R300 to think it would be better then the foundation I usually use but it doesn't last very long on my face ,In the early afternoon it doesn't look like I have done my makeup and makes my skin oily and it says oil free

Hannon Produkte! Is Hannon besig om van die mark te onttrek? Ek is vanaf Botswana en doen my aankope in Pretoria. By elke agent wat ek aandoen word ek dieselfde meegedeel, ons verkoop nie meer Hannon produkte nie!

Ek het 20 dae terug my bestelling geplaas, meer as R2 500 betaal en NOG STEEDS NIE MY PRODUKTE ONTVANG NIE!!! Wat is die antwoord wat sy kantoor, by naam genoem, TUMI, gee NA vele navrae? "Het jy al die kourier gekontak?"! Hoe moet EK weet wie die koerier is en WIE SE VERANTWOORDELIKHEID is dit om my produkte veilig by my te kry? Myne?? EK HET BETAAL VIR MY PRODUK EN DIT IS HANNON SE VERANTWOORDELIKHEID OM MY PRODUKTE TE STUUR AL DAN NIE??!! Hannon, julle is skelms! Julle vat geld en gee nie die produkte wat bestel is nie!!! Teleurgesteld is nie die woord nie. Hier gaan ek dit nie los nie!!!!! Lewe in weelde op gesteelde geld!!!!

Good afternoon, after advert on Facebook form Sonja Hair and Beauty, the order was placed, and proof of payment was emailed. No correspondence was received the payment is received and the order is in process and will be delivered or…… After 7 days with any correspondence, they were contact…..most rude incompetent person assist think they are doing you a favour. Correspondent and say I need to come and collect the order. They do not even have the time to talk to your they WhatsApp you with attitude. When you want to cancel the order, they tell you it will cost you 10%.....If this the way of making money? The do not deliver and once you complaint they deduct money for a refund. If this is the way Hannon is working, I’m not interested to order or work ever again with a salon. Warm regards

I purchased a Hannon "superlash waterproof mascara" about a year ago in Mossel bay this mascara's cap cracked and caused the mascara to dry up. I sent numerous emails asking refunds/ vouchers as i use other Hannon products as well. i was told it get imported and the contract was cancelled due to poor quality as i was not the only person complaining. but i felt R165.00 is a lot to pay for mascara promised to be so fantastic but yet when you experience a problem you get an answer once or twice - then they probably just ignore/delete your emails. This is unethical to me. unacceptable and gives your company a bad reputation. i am sure they could have approach it differently . thank you Talitha Broodryk

The Black Super Lash Mascara. It is a bit sticky and does not have the effect that I hoped for. It cakes on my lashes.
