"Het jy al die kourier gekontak?"! Hoe moet EK weet wie die koerier is en WIE SE VERANTWOORDELIKHEID is dit om my produkte veilig by my te kry? Myne?? EK HET BETAAL VIR MY PRODUK EN DIT IS HANNON SE VERANTWOORDELIKHEID OM MY PRODUKTE TE STUUR AL DAN NIE??!! Hannon, julle is skelms! Julle vat geld en gee nie die produkte wat bestel is nie!!! Teleurgesteld is nie die woord nie. Hier gaan ek dit nie los nie!!!!! Lewe in weelde op gesteelde geld!!!!

On 9 September 2021 I've send Standard Bank documents (via EMAIL AND WHATS APP) needed to register a death claim without response. We also called the three times, twice we were told (AFTER holding the line for more than 15 minutes at a time!) the claim will be escalated. AGAIN nothing happened. We haven’t even received a reference number as was promised by them. What do we need to do to get their attention?? My cousin was ******ED and this is the service and treatment we receive from STANDARD BANK??
I am waiting 2 WEEKS AFTER their reply that they will assist within 24 to 48 hours!! STILL NO REPLY ON A TRIPLE DEBIT ON MY AUGUST/SEPTEMBER DEBIT ORDER COLLECTION!!! YOU ARE PATHETIC!!!!
In July/August 2021 they double debited my account! I did a stop order, which cost me R45. It took 2 hours in a Cell C shop to report this!! This month, August/September they TRIPLE debited my account!! Now I must go through the whole process again???!!!!!
Been waiting for a week after they promised to do installation within 3 days. They requested payment of R249 for "delivery fees" which I paid AND send proof via email and whatsapp as well as a telephone confirmation received from Tumi! Still they are sending mails that no payment was received. I want my money refunded!! There is no way that I want to continue with them!! Their service is something out of hell!!!!
