2023 - very cautious when you choose Centurion Real Estate agency Centurion real estate very horrible service. Ignores emails and phone calls. Would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. Stay away from this agency. Totally disgusted and furious, everything in my house was broken, everything not fixed. Bad after service, having trouble getting the agent to refund deposit. They are hostile and dishonest as they don’t want to release deposit. Property was handed in an absolutely dirty state.

I made a big mistake allowing these people to manage rental of my property, the agent was so friendly to the tenant from the start and shutting me out even when doing inspection, thought they knew each other from somewhere. Next thing I was getting no rental money (last month). I had to push on getting my money till today nothing.

Instead she was telling me how dirty and according to her things needed to be upgraded as nobody will want this unit. I'm very disappointed and will never use or recommend them to anyone. Last month rental and deposit amount not received till date.
